My experience there at west coast auto was good but the fact that I have to get a new bulb for my tail light and battery for my remote they should of have to replace that not me other then that very good.
Fantastic car dealer, Luke was great. Price was so low I thought it could be a scam but was ecstatic when I learned how transparent they are. They did a full inspection before I submitted the final payment and took care of much more than I anticipated.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!
Fantastic car buying experience. Great and quick responses. Answered all by varying questions. Very easy to work with. I was able to negotiate and agree on parameters of a deal via email/text, thank you Adam! I live in Northern Ca and they by far had the most competitive pricing I could find on a CPO Infinti in all of CA. They were even able to overnight the documents for me and arranged to ship the vehicle to me, which eliminated the inconvenience of me traveling down to purchase and pick-up the vehicle.

Was just looking at thier inventory of QX80's initially, which there were only two on the lot. Was about to leave and contnue the search when Freddy suggested to speak to the user car buyer on site. We found the QX80 we wanted, they worked with us on the costs to hit the payment we wanted and had our selection done wihtin 30 minutes. Have not pick up the car yet but the sales and buying team was great! Give them a try if you are in the market for a used Infinity.
Bought qx60 from this place with the help of Irana "fotgot her last name", very sorry. But she made the bushing process went quick, and i loved it. Of course we had to go back and forth but not too bad.
I'm now a customer for life. I called in today and had an appt with Celia Cervantes. She was awesome. I had so many questions about the q50 and she answered all them. While I was in the showroom the General Manager Ali Khan took the time out of his busy day to come and greet me. He assured me I was in good hands. I worked out the deal I wanted in no time. The Finance Manager Mansoor Ali was just great. He explained to me the different protection packages and finance options available to me. In the very end when I got my car Celia had put a giant red bow on it so I can take a pic. Her attention to detail is unbelievable. Mr Khan the General Manager also walked outside to thanked me for my business. I really appreciate the time and effort they put on my awesome deal.
