First off, let me note that I did not buy my Infiniti from this dealership. However, I had a friend refer this dealership to me for my routine service. She emphasized how comfortable she felt, how quick & efficient they were, and the cost was less than what she used to pay at the "quick oil change" chains. If you are reading this review, I can assure you, I have thanked her many times since. I took my car there for my first oil change. Since that first visit, I have never had my car serviced anywhere but Modern Nissan of Hickory. Chris Meza was the service advisor that assisted me that day. He was, and he continues to be, the primary reason I go back. He treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. He made me feel very comfortable, he reviewed their process with me, and showed me the waiting area, and all the perks there to make the customers feel at home. My oil change really is less than what I used to pay at the "quick oil change" businesses, and I have extremely qualified technicians working on my car. I feel like I can trust Chris, and this dealership, and that is a huge priority with me! It has been 16 months since my first visit. I drive an average of 500 miles a week, so I have been back numerous times for oil changes, and tire rotations. Every time, Chris is quick to come from behind his desk, he greets me with a smile as he calls me by name, and thanks me for coming back. I appreciate his respect for his customer and I value that he and the service department have earned my trust. I strongly admire a business that supports these character traits in their employees. There is true value in building a strong foundation with your customers, and I believe you realize that as well. To Chris, and to Modern Nissan, I would like to say thank you. My compliments for a job exceptionally well done! I am proud to recommend you to my friends!

The BEST experience that I have ever had a at dealership. I was traveling from NY to FL with my wife and 2 children when my Buick broke down. The part wasn't available and I had to spend the night in NC. They went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get a room and gave us a brand new SUV to drive around while they were repairing my vehicle, they even wanted to help me unpack my vehicle and load up their loaner. I have never been treated like this in my dealership, and I purchased 3 vehicles from them. I will drive the 10 hours south to buy my next vehicle from Randy Marion. More dealerships should be like Randy Marion Buick. I hope that GM will recognize Bob Rose and Mike Groulx for their outstanding customer care and other dealerships should have employees like them. This car meets all of my needs. It is beautiful, spacious, has all the technology and luxury additional items that I wanted. It drives great, gets better gas mileage than I expected at 19 mpg. It has third row seats that automatically fold into the floor for more cargo space. All the seats are comfortable and adjustable, even the third row reclines! It’s an awesome car that gets many compliments! I love it. It is AWD which I don’t use often but works great if there is snow on the ground.

This is by far, the best car I’ve ever owned . I’ve had Corvettes, BMW’s and Mercedes, and they don’t come close to the quality and reliability of my qx80. It’s the perfect SUV. I love the looks, the 400 hp engine, the safety features, the comfortable seats, the way it floats down the road and I just love driving it. My next car will be another qx80👍🏻People complain about the gas mileage...but what can you expect from such a big, powerful vehicle? If I wanted good gas mileage, I would’ve bought a Prius. Even though it’s a large SUV, it’s very easy to drive and the cameras make it very easy to park. The turning radius is great, too. I absolutely love this car❤️

I moved to charlotte from San Francisco, Ca without a car, and had to rent a car while I searched for a car to buy. The Alfa Romeo I ended up with was the 10th car i test drove over 2 weeks. The car speaks for itself, but there???s something Special about foreign cars charlotte and Kostas. Some high end car dealerships can be very intimidating, especially when 80% of their inventory is out of your price range. I went to 6 other dealerships and none of provided me an experience nearly as good as Kostas and foreign cars charlotte. I was met with exceptional attention to detail and genuine concern for what i actually needed In a car. The test drive process was quick and easy. Kostas knew everything about the car and helped me get the financial end of the deal to a place where i was comfortable. I didn???t feel they were pushy or in a hurry to get me out of the dealership. I didn???t get hounded with marketing calls from people at the dealership i didn???t even meet after I left the dealership, or get sketchy telemarketing type calls from fake numbers that had my same (out of state) area code.. All things that happened after I visited a certain large dealership in the area after specifically requesting that the only person to call me would be the sales person I worked with that day. I will be back to foreign cars charlotte for my next, hopefully faster and shinier, vehicle. Everything about my experience was refreshingly smooth and the only pressure i felt was on me to choose the right car for my needs. 5 stars all day. Survey option only has masersti and Aston Martin. To be clear I picked up an Alfa Romeo Guilia Ti Sport.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is our 2nd QX... we had a 2011 QX56 that gave us a great 128K miles. We purchased the 2018 base loaded up and it has not disappointed. We drove the Cadillac, Lincoln Nav and the layout, spacing, design, drivability is as good or better for 20K less. Most notably they have done an excellent job of making the cabin even quieter then the previous versions. Whisper quiet. Best back seat leg room of the entire segment.

I was shopping using the internet looking for a 2010 Tacoma Sport. My wife's friend has a Tacoma and my wife has been wanting 1 for a long time! First, the color had to be Gray as well. Thus, I discovered Toyota of Gastonia by clicking on a ad that was displayed by one of those sites like cars.com or Carfax. When I read the ad I went to the dealerships website. This Tacoma met all of our criteria to seriously consider or purchase. I clicked and sent a email inquiring about the truck. I received a prompt response from Dan, their internet contact sales person. Now this began on Wednesday morning, April 19,2017. I ask Dan all the questions I had about the Tacoma, which were a few because there was only 2 outside photos due to it just being put on their lot. It had not been detailed yet it was so recent. Dan answered every question truthfully and told me everything even though it might mean I could say, oh well and pass on it. The only thing wrong were some small scratches that I would expect to see on a 2010 truck. Besides, now I don't have to worry about scratching it because I use a truck to haul things in. Then it was down to price, price, price! I think we had about 37 emails back and forth before it was quitting time. Dan faxed some info to my personal financial lender and I told Dan I was planning to drive up Thursday and test drive the Tacoma. Unfortunately I was unable to go, due to a unforeseen situation. But we did hammer out the financials and had a tentative agreement on price if I decided to purchase it. Dan was a fantastic person to work with. No pressure on anything during the process. Plus he went above and beyond in working with my lender, in showing the value of this particular truck. The new plan set was that my wife and I would drive up first thing Friday morning. I live in SC, 2 hrs away from the dealership. I told Dan to expect us around 10:30. Dan said that Rick would be the sales person who would be taking care of us upon our arrival. We arrived around 10:15, and were greeted by Rick. After introductions Rick took us outside to show the truck. Just walking up to it I was smiling and already loving it so far. Rick did a walk around showing me every scratch (really just a couple surface ones) or nick on the bumper. Dan had done a very good job describing the truck and any thing that one might consider a flaw on it. The interior looked just about in new condition. The detail person(s) did an outstanding job on the exterior and interior. And pardon the pun, but they paid attention to every detail on it! Then I got to give it a good test drive. On the interstate, through town, and some curvy roads. When we came back to the dealership Rick asked what did I think. I just smiled and said we want it and lets go do the paperwork. Rick took us inside and began the process of purchasing the Tacoma. Rick put us at ease with his calm manner and made us feel like we were old friends. Rick went over all the particulars regarding the purchase, explaining in detail what the paper work presented meant. After everything was finished that Rick had to do, he ran the paperwork to the dealerships financial personnel. Then we were escorted to that office and did the official signing of all pertinent documents. Then the truck officially became my responsibility as the new owner. Then, a problem of my own doing. I didn't bring my tag to transfer. Rick came and saved the day. Rick was able to furnish a tag to get me home on with just my word to bring it back the following Monday. I was driving back home by 1 o'clock. Dan and Rick, due to their professionalism, honesty, demeanor, and go the extra mile and always doing the right thing for me has gained Toyota of Gastonia, a customer for life. That you can count on! We've told all our friends how well we were treated by everyone and one is even going to contact the dealership for a future purchase, I can only speak for myself, but I was totally impressed with the whole process!

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

My wife and I came to Victory Chevrolet to buy a used car. Joe Harrison, the salesman, spent hours with us going from lot to lot looking at various used cars. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I chose a beautiful Certified pre owned Q50 about 6 months ago. Avon was the best to work with and he takes the time to come out and chat with me every time I bring it in for scheduled service. As for service, Zeb has taken great care of me and has already proven a desire to help me save money on my service visits. I can't ask for more. The service crew working on my car were friendly and knowledgeable when I got to go back and meet them. This car is a pleasure to drive and it gets looks and compliments everywhere I go. If you don't like attention then don't get one of these, lol.

I recently purchased a used automobile from Scott Clark Honda. My first contact with the dealership was online. I had read some negative reviews and was, honestly, leery of doing business with them. While initially, they pushed hard to get my phone number, when I made it clear I wished to communicate only via email at that point to get my initial questions about the car answered, the message got through. Not only did I receive an email, it was from the internet sales manager, Jeffrey Goodwin, who sent me a short video of himself in front of the car I was interested in to not only show me that it was indeed on the lot but to give me a peek of the inside, which answered my initial inquiry. My concerns about the dealership subsided. That evening, Jeffrey and I worked together via text (yep, he had provided me his cell number and told me I could call or text - he had picked up on the fact I likely wasn't going to want to talk) to work out the details and come to an out the door price. I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours and then not be able to come to terms. I purchased the car the next day and for the price agreed upon! There were apparently two other interested parties. One at the dealership wanting to test drive when I returned from mine and another scheduled for a test drive later in the day with another salesman. I am glad I made the drive early in the day. I had lost another car at another dealer earlier in the week, and it would have been heartbreaking to go through that again. Luckily, that did not happen. I feel I got a great price on a used vehicle. I had wonderful service from Jeffrey Goodwin and would and will recommend him highly to my friends, coworkers, acquaintances, the general public - i.e. YOU! I also don't want to leave out my dealings with the finance manager, Ronnie, who also was kind and easy to deal with. It was his job to try to sell me the extended warranty and such, but, he had been forewarned by Jeffrey that I would not be interested in such, so he did not push hard. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Provided my car doesn't fall apart (haha), I could not rate my experience any higher. Thank you, Jeffrey. Thank you, Ronnie. Keep up the excellent work!

Vehicle is roomy, very smooth, plenty of room for traveling, and plenty of power. Good combination of luxury and sportiness. Good gas mileage for a V8.
