After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

The sales experience overall was good. There were some bumps and hurdles which is what has it ranked at 4/5 Stars. My husband is who made the purchase. LT was my original salesman. He is awesome! I told him everything my husband was looking for, and to make sure Wood Nissan could possibly help with his trade situation, He assured me we were looking at the right vehicle and we just needed to come in. When we came in to get the appraisal and do the test drive, LT wasn't in, so we did everything with Steve. Who was very patient with my husband, and was very knowledgeable about the Rogue. So then everything began with the application. The terms originally, were very doable and favorable. Due to my husband being an independent contractor, is where the issues fell. JT was sales manager, I believe and I appreciate how straight forward he was. He did help us out by giving us more for his trade in. The issue was the bank we got the approval from having us send documents constantly, the same stuff over and over. Mario did put our mind at ease by staying on the bank to get the loan funded. But the fact the bank turned around and shortened the loan making the monthly payments higher was where the bad part of the finance experience came in. But my husband loves his new car and is glad he was able to trade his old car in instead of having a repo! So thank you guys for helping us!

Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

We went in to look at a specific used vehicle.That vehicle was actually being serviced. We did however drive 4 different makes of vehicles. We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. He was low key and answered all of our questions , we would recommend going to this dealership (Kia Pat) for a low pressure, buying experience.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

Fantastic dealership. They worked with me and dealt with every curveball from credit issues to simple communication problems without skipping a beat. Got the truck I wanted at a great price, better than just about every dealer in the region. Even helped me turn in my rental and detailed the truck before driving it off the lot, and gave me a gas card for some extra drive time, DESPITE the dealership having been closed for the day when the deal was done. I bought my 2010 QX56 almost 6 years ago. For a 2010 vehicle, it only had 130,000 miles. I paid 10k cash for it. I just hit 280,000 miles on it yesterday. The overhead console w/ DVD player and lighting was old and brittle and I hit a pothole and it fell last year. Which is South Carolina's fault. Not Infiniti. Our roads suck here. But the rest of the interior looks like new. I get an average of 18.2 mpg on the interstate and 15.7 mpg in the city. I wish I could upgrade the 18 speaker BOSE head unit, just for a more modern navigation system. But the OEM still works and sounds amazing. My two biggest issues, as of now, with my QX56 are ... The lowering mechanism for the spare tire is horrible. That engineer should be fired. The other is the location of the starter. I won't ruin the surprise, but let's just say.... If you work on your own vehicles, and your starter goes out.... You'll never find it without the help of the Internet. Usually a $100-$150 DIY fix (for the part only) cost me $940 to have replaced. (And that was not at the dealership).... But other than that, the 2010 Infiniti QX56 is the most comfortable, powerful, and spacious vehicle I've ever owned. And just yesterday (3-4-2025) a woman got into my car and immediately said,"wow, this is so nice" .... And almost fainted when I told her it was 15 years old with 280k miles

Found the perfect car on cars.com and drove up to Infiniti of Kansas City. Did a deal with Tim and it couldn't have been a better experience. No pressure, honest, good deal. 100% would use them in the future.
