I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Great car overall. Outdated technology. No bluetooth music streaming in the base model. Very under rated. BIG bang for the buck. Could have had better exhaust sound. Gets good combined gas mileage.

I live in New York State and bought a car from them sight unseen. I took a chance because they had the exact car I wanted and the other dealerships around me had a lower trim car at a higher price. Not only was the price great, they offered me more for my trade. Not only that! They ate most of the cost to ship the car to me! They could have really scammed me being of state. But the car came exactly as they said. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect car! They salesman Celso was great to work with and sent me videos and pictures when I asked. Anyone in Kansas should buy from them and I will recommend out of state buyers to buy from them as well!

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

I recently had a recall, and Gary Crossley sent a car over to pick me up after my car had been finished. I can’t appreciate that kind of service enough.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

I have approximately 36,000 miles in my car! She’s black with chrome rims and a billet grill and is my pride and joy, (also my 5th) - Infiniti G series. Originally bought because I felt this car was the safest, while be it, classiest, mom car to drive around my daughters - I just love it! I can spot my car in a lot of 100’s - she is that unique! Absolutely a dream! Gas mileage not so great - that’s the price of beauty!

He demonstrated exemplary customer service, empathy, attention to detail and kindness. They have a large flat screen TV and provide amenities for those waiting. Bought this car new and still have it 16 years later - it's so great. 6-speed shifts beautifully and goes like spit. Handles well. Looks like a luxury sedan but drives like a muscle car. Did I mention this car abhors rust? even in salty roads Ottawa.
