2018 Jaguar F-PACE review
Excellent fuel efficiency in the diesel model; approximately 34/35mpg on country back roads and highway driving. The connectivity with Apple play is confusing to me as is the gps navigation system but that might just be a European way of designing the system. This mid size suv is lovely and elegant and something not everyone owns.

Once again Toycen Ford has gets 5 gold stars. We made our usual appointment to get our oil changed and tires rotated. I called to make the appointment and was given an appointment that worked great for us. (Huge Plus) We brought the car in the night before. Our appointment was for noon. I got a call saying they were going to get the car in at 10 and we'd be able to pick it up sooner. I also got a call letting us know our in-cabin filter was dirty and asked if I wanted it replaced. I told them to go ahead and replace it. We like the detailed inspection report and itemized billing. The communication and service is great! I highly recommend Toycen Ford! I will likely purchase my next vehicle from them in the near future.

2018 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!

2019 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

2020 Jaguar F-PACE review
The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

2019 Jaguar F-PACE review
Very nice overall. Style is great. I don't see another jaguar f pace on my commute. 2 years so far. Yulong white with Windsor sticking orange leather. Everything is nice inside. Ambient light. Navigation, sound,. So far I like. It is my first SUV. If after 5 years , and no issues, I want get F type. My other car choice for my budget is a Maserati but I heard it always need repair.

2018 Jaguar F-PACE review
After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!

2019 Jaguar F-PACE review
The car has been great to drive around town and on very long trips. It gets a lot of luxe because of the uniqueness of the design. We did have some minor issues with the entertainment system and interior lighting. But the dealer was able to fix that with an upgrade to the software. So far, we are happy with it.

They went above and beyond sourcing a vehicle for us to ensure we got everything we wanted. The price was fair and we wasted little time getting to a final number, that experience and price couldn’t be beat. From there, Astrid was great at outlining services and finance offers at the dealership. Everyone was kind , courteous, and most of all efficient. There isn’t a dealer like it out there in the Des Moines area that gets you the car you want, is fast to a good price, and finance was fair in describing their services and getting us out the door. I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! Thank you Nolan and Kelcey at Bob Brown Chevrolet! A+++++++ Job well done!

I just wanted to say thank you to Faye in sales and James in finance. This was probably the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I’m always on the defense when dealing with car sales people. That’s why I usually like Carvana. But they do not sell new cars, and you technically can’t drive them or look at them before signing on the dotted line. Faye and James didn’t hard sell me up front or in the back office. Faye and James are credit to the industry, and I thank you for restoring my faith and giving me a great buying experience. Now I’m going to try their service department soon. 2020 Jaguar F-PACE review
Love it such a comfortable crossover and best warranty for a luxury car big part of my reason to purchase a Jaguar. Have had lexus bmw Mercedes so expensive to maintain once warranty runs out which is usually 3 years. Look forward to going on a road trip soon!
