2021 Jaguar F-PACE review
I've had the MY21 for just over 3 years, sitting at 54,000miles currently. Not a single issue to report on this car, actually driven VW and Merc before this and it's the most reliable of all my cars so far. Look after it, service it and use good quality fuel and it will keep you smiling for many years. Interior quality far exceeds that of an Audi Q5, Merc GLC and BMW X3. It's a great drive with a luxury yet sporty feel. It doesn't benefit from air suspension but it's a sports SUV and that's why. It does have adaptive dynamics which make it a comfortable and refined drive, dynamic mode give it a really stiff sport feel.

2020 Jaguar F-PACE review
The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

2023 Jaguar F-PACE review
When a certified pre owned F-Pace SVR became available locally last year, I decided to go for it. The car I bought, at 2024 model year, had only 4,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and was basically new. Yet, it was being offered at nearly $25K off of MSRP. This was a contrast when compared to the Audi RS6 Avant I was also considering, which at time were still trading for over-sticker. I’m not saying this depreciation makes the F-pace cheap by any means, but it did make it an intriguing value proposition. I of course do expect long term depreciation to also be on the heavier side, at least when compared to and Audi RS product. This is my first JLR (Jaguar/Land Rover) product. Coming from mainly German and American cars over the last 10 years, wow am I impressed. I’ve always heard complaints about fit, finish, reliability, etc, but I truly believe that this is a sentiment of the JLR past. The F-Pace has been completely ace. I’ve done almost 10,000 miles in the 7 months I’ve owned it and other than a flat battery that was caused by a small electrical drawl (fuse related fix that was covered under warranty), it’s been perfect. This engine is so lovely, truly one of the best V8s left on the market. Without doubt the best sounding OEM exhaust on any car I’ve owned. The motor is beautifully tuned with a glorious note and nice, even power through the range. It loves to be stretched to high RPMS but is just as happy around town with plenty of low down torque. The car has been surprising “good” on fuel all things considered and does the daily driver, comfort and quiet around town thing surprisingly well. In fact, I found the ride to be softer than many of the competitors I drove (BMW and M-Benz specifically). The interior design is great. I am thrilled to still have buttons for climate control, volume, drive modes, and other features. Quality is great through out, especially at this price. I would say it’s on par with BMW and of course Land Rover. It isn’t quite as good as Porsche but it is better than the plastic filled M-Benz products of the same model year. Apple car play works perfectly, screen is quick and nice resolution. My few complainers for the interior are as follows: Center console storage is small. I’d like to see USB-C ports in place of the many cigarette style outlets. Instrument cluster looks a little outdated when compared to the newer infotainment screen in the center. The exterior is beautiful in my opinion, although I do feel it’s starting to look a little dated. I think this SUV will age very well (just as the first gen F-type has). Although all modern cars look very similar to one another, I do feel this stands out over many competitors. The ride quality has been great. 0-60 is nuts, and not needed, but fun. In sport mode the cornering is very sharp. Little body roll without making it BMW x5 comp harsh. 8 speed gear box is quick and hasn't given me any issues. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend the F-type SVR. I have no plans to replace this soon and can’t recommend this enough. Other than MPG concerns and a few personal preferences in interior sizing, I have no complaints or issues.

2015 Jaguar XF review
This car meets or exceeds my needs and expectations. Fuel efficiency for this type and size of car is very good as I frequently enjoy 30+ mpg on the highway. Everything else is excellent. Areas to improve are tires. I would like the option of taller tires to avoid pothole blowouts. The 45s are a really bad tire for any city driving, or pothole season in the northeast. Taller tires would be really nice. It would be nice if there were fewer leaf traps. Leaves and leaf litter accumulate around the trunk opening as well as at the rear of the hood at the base of the windshield. They hold moisture which could lead to early rust or corrosion if not cleaned frequently. And how about better protection for soft targets - more secure protection against mice, squirrels, etc.? Tuck those wires away, or use more robust insulators and conduits. A recent wire bite cost a thousand dollars. Not brand-specific, but hey there Mr. design engineer, how about some thought of real-world use?

2012 Jaguar XF review
If you want a car that feels like flying this is it. In long trips the powerful engine and cruise control make driving much less tiring. I have replaced the air compressor and water pump. I hear this is normal and you should plan on a water pump. I did the timing chain retro fit and now this car is the best car ever. If you love to drive and are willing to pay the maintenance you will love this car. Ask about timing chain retro fit for the 5.0 liter engine.

2017 Jaguar F-TYPE review
The SVR F Type is one of the best all-around sports cars I've ever owned, and I have owned quite a few very nice sports cars. This car can do everything, drag race, track days, pleasure cruises, haul $400 worth of groceries with ease, and function as an extremely fun daily-driver with ease. It can even handle light snow and ice on the road with ease given it's British weather heritage and the exceptional AWD system it has. The only thing it cant do is haul more than two people. It is VERY fast from a dig with an excellent all-wheel drive system that squats and goes like a scalded cat. My car has been modified with some performance parts including custom-built 200-cell sport cats on resonated stainless steel downpipes, a smaller crank pulley to increase boost, and an ECU and TCU tune to take advantage of that additional power. It sits now with just under 600 wheel horsepower at the tires and is nearly unbeatable in a stoplight to stoplight race against 95% of the cars you will see on the road normally, including the all-electric Tesla models below the Plaid which is very impressive. Even before it was modified it was truly a fast car straight from the factory and stock. Power delivery is excellent but particularly once in the 3200 RPM range, where it feels like you have a pair of rocket boosters kicking in and it plants your butt in the seat hard. Fit with a set of B-Forged 3-piece wheels (21x11 rears and 21x9 fronts)and larger than stock Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (285/35ZR21 in the front and 325/25ZR21 in the rear) the handling is superb in this car. The 20" factory tires and wheels are great as well. It corners extremely well, rotating and accelerating out of corners like it is on rails. The electronic stability and traction control are NOT too invasive, and in Dynamic mode it will let you have all the fun you could want. The 575 crank horsepower rating on this car is definitely understated, as a factory car will dyno 500 to 520 HP AT THE TIRES despite an AWD system that takes about 18% percent of the engine's output to power. The standard larger brakes that come part of the SVR package are excellent and have all the stopping power you could want. The factory titanium exhaust is so much fun on this car and makes lots of ear-pleasing noise if you are a fan of exhaust notes, pops, and bangs. They can be swapped to a quite mode if you prefer or turned on to the louder mode whenever you choose. Swapping out the factory catalytics for the 200-cell sport cats with resonators made the exhaust note sheer perfection. As far the exterior goes, this is one of the most graceful and beautiful designs of all time IMO, as well as many others. It follows the classic proportions with a low sweeping hood and nose and powerful wide and compact rear with at four wheels located as close to the corners as possible. The interior is also beautiful, and despite not having a huge infotainment system, what it does have works well, looks good, and fits with the rest of the interior. The seats are comfortable but very supportive, and even at 6 foot 4 inches tall I fit in the car very comfortably. The top option stereo is a must and sounds great with the factory subwoofers and speakers. Reliability has been superb so far. A 2017 model that just turned 20k miles, the only repairs thus far have been a broken hood latch (which was mostly my fault) and a driver's rear shock which started leaking. Both of these repaired under warranty. All in all, this is a fantastic car and everyone that has ridden or driven mine has fallen in love with it. With only 1,871 SVR's built between 2017 and 2020 in the entire world, I have no doubt that resale value will hold steady and possibly appreciate in the near future as they get more and more exposure from enthusiasts. Bought used, great gas mileage on highway runs, avg 32mpg Not sure why adaptive cruise control wasn't incorporated, Jaguar got it backwards??, they have a setting you set at speed desired, and it won't allow you to exceed that set speed ??? Actually dangerous option !!! Interior is clean, luxurious, body style is smooth and aerodynamic looking . 4 cyd turbo 25t AWD R Sport version is quick off the line, a smooth, now and then you will hear the kitten purr, but this cat can growl too. Overall great car to own and drive...

2017 Jaguar F-PACE review
Not only is this a gorgeous looking car, but its performance is superb - on the open road, in snow and blizzards - I have never felt safer than when I have driven this F-Pace. Leg room is great, seats are comfortable, handling is impeccable, sound is super. Lots of trunk space. Quiet interior. All in all, a pleasure to drive and experience some real power.

2018 Jaguar F-PACE review
After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!

2018 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!

2019 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

2021 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I had a 2106 Cayman. I was hesitant about moving into a Jaguar. However after I drove the car (P300), I was convinced. It drove as well as the Cayman but has a better ride. Jaguar gives you a lot of options standard whereas Porsche charges much more. Examples: torque-vectoring, navigation and launch control- all standard. PLUS a $8000 rebate. These cars are going to disappear.

On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)
2019 Jaguar F-TYPE review
Second F Type (accident last one-also V8-current SVR 575HP vs 495 last). Best value of any sports car, except Miata. Look at power, compare to cars costing 50%-100% higher. Wonderful exhaust, although not as growly as first ( monel vs titanium).

2018 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I've owned 8 Corvettes, an M3, M4, a 528, Porsche 911 C4S, an Audi A4, Audi A5, Mercedes E550, Cadillac ATS4, a Volvo, three VWs, many pick up trucks and SUVs, so I have a lot of varied experience with different types of vehicles. Two weeks ago I bought my first Jaguar, an F Type R convertible. So far I love the car. It looks good, it's really fast, ride is comfortable for what it is and it sounds great. Let me address a couple of the complaints I've seen online. First, that the interior is cramped. Based on my experience it's no more cramped than other sports cars I've owned and driven. In fact it feels more spacious than the 2017 C7 Grand Sport I also own. The Vette has more/better tech. Technology is the one area I think the Jag is lacking. The trunk space is very limited but it's a sports car. I've seen online comments that if your bag is bigger than a loaf of bread it won't fit. Not true. You can fit a couple of overnight bags in the trunk of my convertible. A word about the exhaust sound. It seems everyone loves the extra loud exhaust. I do to...sometimes. The good news is that you can have it both ways. In "normal" mode it just has a nice growl and is actually rather quiet. But put it in dynamic mode and it has a completely different personality. I really like the fact you can have it both ways. Quiet or loud, beauty or beast, at least on the 2018. The only piece of the puzzle missing at this point is reliability. If it proves to be reliable I'll have no regrets. Time will tell.

Unique exterior. Interior of ‘20 a bit plastic - not like a Jaguar. A few confusing controls but well equipped. Better performance than Audi and Mercedes. Good interior space.

2023 Jaguar F-PACE review
I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with 11,000 miles just over six months ago, and it has completely transformed how much I drive. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed

2017 Jaguar F-PACE review
Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

2006 Jaguar S-Type review
I own the 2005 jaguar S type 4.2V8 for 13 years. I drove it until it had 215,600, and it still drives like butter! I had to replace the water pump at 64k mile, radiator at 110k, timing chain, serpentine belt, and gasket at 125k. After that, it's been routine oil and brake changes. I recently retired it to my garage and I'm about to donate it to colleague at work, but I'm looking for another to buy now since I'm considering donating. Such an amazing vehicle that has done me well. I have no regrets irrespective, of the little challenges I had incurred, owning this vehicle. I could go through with it again.

2020 Jaguar I-PACE review
I am on my second Ipace and have no complaints. I'm sad to see Jaguar leave the car business. They had the best warranty and customer service out of a number of the luxury cars. I have a charger at home and do not drive long distances. There is nothing better for running around town.
