2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

So props to them for fixing it appropriately but it just took hours to do it the way it should but shame on them for trying to get me to buy it as is. They were nice the whole time though. I had been looking for a new vehicle for over a year and had tried out many makes and models, settling on the Dodge Durango. After poor experiences at several places, I decided to make phone calls to find what I was looking for and see if I could get information over the phone. When I called Schmit Bros, I got Tracy Davis, the sales manager who was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I made an appointment to buy the vehicle the next day. When I arrived, Tracy introduced me to Lisa McNeil, the salesperson. Lisa took over and was just the best! She was knowledgeable, tried to address my every need, and the first salesperson I met that was sincere. My buying experience only got better when I decided to finance my vehicle with Chrysler and Ericka Thompson, the finance manager, took over. An otherwise generally stressful buying experience was nothing short of fun for me. All the people there were friendly and accommodating. I know a few dealers that should take a page out of the Schmit Bros selling vehicles book. I recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

Late review, We bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this dealership this summer. The Salesman Adam, and Service manager were outstanding! Test drive vehicle (unfortunately on a rainy day) didnt hear or discover any issues. Took car home and next day discovered very noisy road noise and undefined noise from front of vehicle. Working with the team to discover the problem althought time consuming was a far more pleasant situation than expected. The entire time the team worked on the issue provided constant interaction, communication and updates.
