David Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
David Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
David on the tv ads said they had stock. And they had decent stock. Said don't charge extra. And they don't charge extra. And the ram 1500 they had, it was perfect for me. It has the towing capacity I needed for the rv i have and the one i plan to get. I had gm for 40 years. But i must admit i like the interior design of this truck better. More room. More storage. And a double panel sunroof to boot. The sales process was both friendly and professional. They are nice. They are competent They have product At least worth a look.

Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Edge. My sales rep Zach was Great! He was knowledgeable and informative about all the models I looked at. He patiently anwered all my questions. He wasn't pushy and made sure I purchased the car that I wanted. The rest of the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with as well. Overall they made my car buying experience easy.
2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!

Cameron, Rob, the general manager, Erica, the finance person, made me feel so comfortable and so welcome, I did have to walk out once or twice to get the best deal I got, but Rob and Cameron would not let me go until I got a deal that I wanted. Using dealing with a car dealership is unpleasant, but besides having to sit for three hours when you get your car, everything else was perfect thank you gentlemen and Erica

I have been buying cars for years and I will tell you there is no better dealerships in the world. Everything from phone calls to sales to the execution of the deal was the best experience I have ever ever had. The receptionists were wonderful. The were courteous and so caring. My sales experience was with Jose. Absolutely the best. I called and asked for an "out the door" price and when I got to the dealership, the price was exactly as he stated. There were no games, pressures or last minute switches. He totally help me with every aspect of pairing the phone and setting up UConnect. However, I am not technically versed and when I had a problem figuring out the Car Play settings. Mike from sales was present the next day and on the phone with me. He solved my problems and took care of everything very professionally and friendly . Finally, the site manager was superior. He offered expanded warranty coverage with no pressure and had all the paperwork work completed quickly and accurately with a smile. If you want to buy a car, this is the place to go. Their prices are honest and the staff is the best in class. Don't believe the pricing other dealerships who will state on the internet as being lower in price. I dealt with several and the reality was that the prices were not real when you went to get the "out of the door" price. Believe this dealership because they are just plain hones. I just cant say enough positive about this business.

Jack Giambalvo Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Such a great environment with amazing people who answer any questions you may have regarding buying a car. Bought a white Jeep Wrangler 2017 which has been my dream car for some time now.. and thanks to Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM in York on Roosevelt Ave, I get to say I have a Jeep Wrangler of my own 😂😂 I haven’t stopped admiring it yet!!!! It’s the best! And I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Stetler dodge family, as well as the Jeep community!!!!! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. And a special thank you to Emerson for making the whole thing happen for me!!!!
