Good People - Comprehensive Service!

All conversations have had quality exchange of information and my questions and needs were satisfied. Service by Naperville CDJR has been timely and done right the first time. The buying process was good in that it was the usual exchange of negotiations for a price. However the process after agreeing the sales contract was way too long and too many people (apparently) involved to finalize the sale and to get out the door. Facilities, especially the waiting area, are becoming second-rate versus dealers that are building new or doing major renovations. Basically WIFI, coffee, and food/soda vending machines are available at the usual large mark up prices. Additives to the coffee were lacking. Only coffee is offered - neither Hot Tea nor hot chocolate was offered. Again, competitors are offering Keurig machine variety of drinks in addition to vending machines. The Service Department is good but waiting on-site is not very comfortable or inviting. Nevertheless, I recommend this dealer as a good place to buy and for service.
