2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

South Shore Auto Brokers and Sales review
We had an exceptional experience purchasing a Chevrolet Tahoe from South Shore Auto Brokers and Sales last week. Richie is incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and knowledgable. He truly puts the customer first and is an overall great person. He went above and beyond, making sure that minor repairs we had requested were taken care of before the purchase and that the car was delivered to us in fantastic condition. We have gotten so many compliments on our car already! It was such a great experience working with someone so transparent (no hidden fees!) and honest. We will be sure to reach out to Richie again when we’re looking for our next car and will be recommending him to all of our family and friends.

Great SUV...BOUGHT in 2017...good on gas penalty of zip with V6 engine. The start stop stop working last year and found out why.I needed a new battery as went dead this year...now start stop feature works 100 percent. Have low milage 30000 miles or 50000 kms here in Canada. .

MINI of Darien review
I had a fantastic experience purchasing my MINI Cooper S! From my very first conversation with the dealership to driving the car home, the entire process took less than just a few days. The communication was clear, transparent, and efficient throughout. The whole team was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — they truly made me feel like part of the family. A special thank you to Antonio in Sales for being knowledgeable, patient, and responsive every step of the way, and to Brian in Finance for making the financing process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. This was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great experience!

2014 Jeep Cherokee review
I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
On December 11, I had an emergency situation. Unfortunately all of my vehicle I.D., plate and vin# was in my vehicle which I needed to alert police. I called Garaval Jeep where I purchased my Grand Cherokee, not last year but 2019. Am employee named "Joe" quickly got this information for me. This might seem like a small thing but it shows that Garaval Jeep is not just about "making a sale" and then we're done. Will certainly return when it's time for a new Jeep,
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!

Jaguar Land Rover White PlainsReviews
Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
I recently purchased my 2024 Jaguar XF P300 R Dynamic SE AWD from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains, and I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the overall experience. Buying a vehicle, especially a luxury vehicle, is about more than simply signing paperwork and driving away. You want to feel confident that you're making the right decision, that you're being treated fairly, and that the people you're dealing with understand that this is an important purchase. From the time I began looking at the Jaguar XF through the completion of the purchase, the experience was professional, comfortable, and never felt pressured. My questions were answered, I was given the opportunity to really look at and experience the vehicle, and I felt confident about what I was purchasing. The car itself is absolutely beautiful. The P300 R Dynamic SE AWD gives me exactly the combination I was looking for: luxury, technology, comfort, style, and performance. The fact that it was a Jaguar Certified Pre Owned vehicle and had been thoroughly inspected and reconditioned gave me additional peace of mind. What I appreciate most is that I walked away feeling good about the decision I made. That's how buying a vehicle should feel.
2020 Jeep Cherokee review
I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

First things first I passed the entrance twice lol. Looks like an empty parking lot but if you look closely there’s an entrance sign showing you where to walk in into. After a short long walk we were greeted by Dre and a HUGEE fish tank. I didn’t think my wife had a chance to drive off in a car but Dre, Sam, and Joe are true professionals. Thank you guys for helping us out
2021 Jeep Cherokee review
Came out of a Ford Fusion due to lease ending. Getting older, past 70 yearsof age, and my wife thought I would benefit from an suv with a higher seating position for entry and egress. My wife had a Grand Cherokee for 16 years and loved it. I drove it many times and enjoyed the versatility of an suv. Love my ‘21 Cherokee. The right size, great styling and image too. Power beaucoup with the V-6 engine and averaged 30 + mpg on road trip to Arizona and back. Interior is nicely appointed, the leather seating is good quality and comfortable. The Jeep handles well at all speeds and I feel safe and confident behind the wheel.

Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Hello, my name is Cyrus. I have worked in this industry for over 19 years. I have to say that the ownership is here every day. They engage with clients all the time without them even knowing they are talking to the owners. They genuinely care about both the clientele and the staff. I have had the opportunity to work for several different brands and owners, both corporate and private. They, by far, maintain a level of professional courtesy well above all others. I can honestly say that I wish I had found them earlier in my career. We hear stories all the time from clients about how they were treated, or mistreated, everywhere else. Sitting in my seat and watching both sides of the experience is refreshing. The typical clients who frequent this business are just as wonderful to work with as the ownership. Coming to work and feeling the positive energy and calm atmosphere in this place is refreshing. Although I have been here for just under a year, my name is not on most of the websites. They do not even know that I am leaving this review. I do not usually go out of my way to leave reviews for anything. This place is different and a breath of fresh air. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you.
2021 Jeep Cherokee review
I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

My car was taken in 5 minutes before the appointment. Oil change and 2 recalls were completed a half hour sooner than told. All in all, a great experience! Dequan was attentive and professional!
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich review
We would like to express our appreciation to Sales Consultant James Palmer at Darcars Lexus of Greenwich for outstanding professionalism and excellent service during the purchase of our vehicle. We have purchased a pre-owned Lexus NX450H+ on-line. Huge thanks to Ashley Ramirez Ferrer, online consultant for helping with questions we had. Me and my wife have flown to New York from Houston to pick up our Lexus. Upon arrival the vehicle and all documents were ready and after signing all papers we started our 1600 mile trip back to Houston with no technical problems whatsoever. Please also extend our thanks to the mechanical team for their expertise. We will recommend our friends about the great service at Darcars Lexus of Greenwich. Great job all around! If you want honest and professional service, ask for James!

The service department is extremely busy so the wait is long but working with Priamo Perez was truly amazing. He takes the time to explain services and keeps you informed on the progress of your car.

2018 Jeep Cherokee review
I like this car a lot. I gave up a lot of interior space when I traded in my Journey for the Cherokee and the ride is not quite as smooth along with less gas milage but every other way it is far superior. Love the 4x4 and how it handles in snow. The interior design is very nice as is the exterior design. More sleek. It is still a nice comfortable ride, especially on the highway. It is much more reliable than my last car. The seat and steering wheel warmers are an extremely nice touch. Yea, I like the Jeep Cherokee very much.

Nissan City of Port ChesterReviews
Nissan City of Port Chester review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nissan of Port Chester! The entire process of getting my new car was incredibly easy and stress-free, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bruny Ledesma. She was amazing from start to finish—so responsive, patient, and helpful with every question and concern I had. She made the entire process unbelievably smooth and easy! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be going back to Nissan and working with Bruny when it’s time for another lease. 10 out of 10 all around! Highly recommend!
2022 Jeep Cherokee review
I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I recently leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Central Avenue Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I absolutely love the vehicle and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Ingenito, who was terrific throughout the entire process. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and extremely helpful. He made the leasing process easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with someone who provides great customer service without making you feel pressured or rushed. Jim made the entire experience enjoyable, and I left the dealership feeling very satisfied with both the deal and the service I received. I highly recommend Jim Ingenito and Central Avenue Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. If you’re looking for a Jeep and want to be treated well, ask for Jim. Five stars all around!

Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Plains review
I had an outstanding experience with this dealership from start to finish. The pricing was exceptional, and the staff was accommodating, respectful, and genuinely willing to work with me to reach a deal that made sense. The entire process was smooth, professional, and pressure-free. I drove away extremely happy with my new Jeep and feeling that I had received an exceptional deal. I would highly recommend this dealership.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.
