Love the Service MBofELDH hate the Cost of service!

My wife & I have been a part of the Mercedes-Benz family for 20 years, our 1st car (that we still have) 1998 E-320 for her, then 2000 ML-320 for me then traded in for 2010 GLK. Chris Roth & the folks at MB of Sacramento made us feel so special, we knew that MB was the best we could do for safety & longevity with cars/SUV's; even though Chris has moved up in stature with MB, he has never forgotten who 'the little folks' are. Then there's Daniel Clark, he has taken care of our vehicles for past several years & we are very happy with all that he has done for us- keeping our vehicles going! My only, and biggest, concern is the cost for servicing, the price you pay for driving a luxury car. Yes, there are 'loyalty' discounts which are greatly appreciated, however, with my most recent B service, I had sticker shock, the days of changing your own plugs & oil ruined me for the 21st century reality- windshield washer fluid $10.50, seriously! Bottom line- we L-O-V-E Mercedes Benz, it's just that it is pricing me out of possibly coming back for service. Sincerely, Linda
