A little background….. never purchased a Dodge of any type… always been a Tundra proud owner.
Tundra was recently totaled by a driver who was more focused on eating than driving and rear ended it when he panicked and slammed the accelerator instead of the brakes (true story)
We went shopping right away as I needed to truck for the business.
Shopped at Ford, Toyota (I did mentioned I’m loyal to Tundra,not necessarily to all Toyota products though), GM and Chevy.
We stopped by John Johnson and fell in love with the ’18 power wagon.
Sent emails to each dealer regarding the model I saw in their respective lots.
I want to be clear… sent same body of message to each with only changing the line where I detail the make/model I wanted best pricing and please not to waste my time.
ONLY John Johnson provided an OTD price! (Out the Door) and it was lower than I expected.
Email with sales manager (Sandy Keiper) were escalated to her sales manager (Jeff Bash) without my request!
Drove to meet them as they were already in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay for this vehicle
NO ONE SITS IN A HIDDEN OFFICE! THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME after purchasing vehicles for over 38 years!!!
Right there I requested yet another obscene price drop and both the sales manager and the GM (Scott Meshulam) do not question my request, but immediately begin going over what and where they can pull the difference!!!
Please understand my background is in Comp Sci and Mathematics so I had already pulled the sheet on this particular truck with all the options and the price they had originally quoted was what I would get if I purchased it from the factory floor!!!! And yet they dug deeper!
The professionalism and just plan “X Factor” on how this group deals with you as a person just turned me into a MOPAR for LIFE provided I can purchase from these 3 people!

When I started my search for a new vehicle on line, Alexis was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I asked her not to overwhelm me with phone calls, text messages, etc. and she didn't. She simply provided the information I needed and told me when I was ready to contact her. Once I arrived at Global I worked with Riley who had a good energy about him and was very accommodating in showing me a few vehicles that I was interested in. We did a test drive, worked out pricing and I left there with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Overall a great experience. I recently got out of my old lease and leased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson from global auto mall with Joe. I am in my first trimester, (second pregnancy) and haven???t been feeling well. My father was helping me out and doing all the foot work. He was working with Joe and was able to get everything take care of everything with my old lease and getting into the new one. There was no back and forth, Joe was able to work straight through with my dad, until I needed to be there to sign everything. When I got there everyone was friendly, Joe was very nice and kept us updated, informed the whole time we were there. He made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the whole time I was there. Joe made this very stress free for me. He???s a straight forward, very friendly, caring, considerate and no BS kind of guy. Global Auto Mall and Joe have definately changed my perspective on dealerships, thus far they are the best! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

The inside of car feels more comfortable & larger then it looks. Great small SUV. Great price & drives smooth. Great for around town and freeway driving!

One week after my purchase of a 2018 Compass Trailhawk, my vehicle began leaking transmission fluid and spent 5 weeks in the shop. I made my first payment while driving a rental. My next vehicle will be a Toyota
This is my second purchasing experience at Chapman of Horsham, PA and it was well worth the visit. I was treated with the upmost respect and it showed that I'm a valued customer.
The staff did everything possible to accommodate my needs and at the price range I was aiming for. The sales representative was patient, understanding and willing to meet my pricing requirements to the best of his ability.
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from them in a 1 year span and I would definitely make the trip from Virginia to Pennsylvania again for my next purchase.
I would definitely add Chapman to my car dealer's list to visit.

It’s meet my needs for day to day, gas mileage is good for the type of car it is. Good for family and little kids in the back but not sure about adults honestly it’s small on the inside
MSRP/Invoice prices were too high in the DC Metro area, so I ventured 140 miles away from my region, to get a better deal. These ladies and gents took care of me. Well worth the drive — I recommend this dealer to anyone!

Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled

Excellent in snow. Forget to turn it off because its so quiet and smooth. Ride and maneuverbility are excellent. Its like a sports car 4x4 and luxury car all in one

My wife and I purchased this vehicle to have a safe and comfortable 4x4 for our new baby. This vehicle drives like a luxury vehicle. It is very smooth on handling, very smooth shifting and just great vehicle overall. This vehicle gets better gas mileage than my wife's Mazda 3 used to get. The interior is very comfortable as well. I would recommend spending an extra couple hundred dollars and getting the heated seats and steering wheel in cold climate areas. Great handling in the snow. It has settings for sand and mud but my wife won't let me take it in the sand or mud =)
Needed an oil change on short notice, they said no problem, bring it on by. I dropped the truck off a half hour before they opened, and there were service people there already. They took my keys and info inside and off I went. Called me an hour later to tell me it was finished. All for $35.

Everything is great except for one thing. We dislike the stop/start feature. It does not save gas like they say it does and the fact it has to be hard on the engine and the starter and the fact if the system fail to start back up , it may leave a family stuck in a dangerous traffic situation...I was not use to it and gave it too much acceleration and nearly rear ended the car in front of me..... This device is a big joke.......
Took my Challenger Scatpack in for its third oil change on 9/19/18 and as usual Daniel my service advisor and Christian my technician treated me with respect and courtesy. The car was returned to me just as clean as it was when I arrived including under the hood. Customer for life!
My buying process was exceptionally quick as I walked in the door knowing exactly which car I wanted but my salesman was very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment was that I asked if he though it smelled like smoke because it had a definite odor to it. He told me he didn’t think so but the minute two other people sat in it they said it did and a minute later I saw a cigarette burn in the passenger seat.
Had my truck for year found a problem with the rear sensors in the bumper talk to the sales manager Bob at Bergey Dodge The repairs would have cost me money out of my pocket because I found the problem and pointed it out there fixing all the sensors at their cost very please with that Bergeys stands behind their customers
