I was greeted at the door and went to look at one car and bought a completely different car all with Keith's help. He did his best to keep my monthly payment the same and I was very satisfied with the service and I'm very happy with my purchase.
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
I did an 100 mile search for a specific vehicle I was looking to purchase. I found the newest model, with low miles and cheapest price at CarSense. I called and made an appointment with Mike Hallman. Mike was great to deal with and was very helpful with providing information. My experience consisted of the following:
- The car was practically brand new with very low mileage.
- The price was the best within a 100 mile radius.
- I was genuinely surprised by the amount they gave me for my trade-in. I'm use to getting low-balled on trade-in's not MORE that I expected!
- Test drove the car and committed to the purchase. Mike searched several financial institutions and got me a great rate.
- In and out of the dealership in record time.
Just a great experience all around. I feel that I got a great deal. No haggling on the price or trade-in removes the stress from the process. I guess it helps when the price and trade-in are generous and fair. I would recommend CarSense to anyone looking for a new vehicle. By the crowd of people at the dealership, I think many people would agree with me!
Just bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara and had the best experience! Our salesman, Glenn was knowledgeable and kind, the Sales Manager Russell was a pleasure to work with, and the Finance Department and Insurance Department are amazing too! I went in to Pellegrino in hopes of purchasing a jeep I found online and Patrick graciously assisted me during my process. I did not end up liking the original Jeep I went to see but Patrick had 2 others he was able to show me. He was very patient and diligent while working with me, allowing me to test drive the vehicles, and especially during the buying process. He did all that he could to allow me to drive me Jeep off of the lot that day and to make sure I left satisfied with my payments which I was extremely grateful for. He is truly a wonderful person.
I spoke with Glenn Hughes, salesman, on the phone. He listened to my concerns regarding other car dealers that I had visited, only to find out the price quotes over the phone and text messages changed by thousands of dollars at the dealership. Glenn asked pertinent information and assured me the price that was quoted would not be beat or change upon my arrival. I got the Minivan that I wanted for my growing family at the Pellegrino. EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
I just want to say thanks to Bob Vesper and Brian in finance for taking such good care of me ....you guys are the best..I couldn't be more happy with my Jeep..I have already told all my friends that they need to go to Pellegrino and see you before they purchase a Jeep anywhere else...I know I will be back in the future!
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Nice and friendly salesman, service was very polite, helpful so far love the place, love my new Jeep Cherokee, nice place to wait for service, MY SALES PERSON NAME IS TAZ, KEEP IN TOUCH WITH ME VERY NICE
