New and used 2026 Jeep Compass for sale near Gates Mills, OH

Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

very happy at he New service center at Spitzer Jeep Ram. Brookpark OH. i needed a recall that was way over due on my "new 2013 " Dodge, they cared for that at no cost to me and an oil change , they found a mouse house hiding under the hood and evicted them at no charge , very helpful. After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

I took my Pacifica in because the touch screen and radio/carplay were working intermittently. In the past, I did soft resets of the radio to temporarily fix CarPlay but overtime that prior fix was insufficient. The radio was replaced less than a year ago as part of recall. So THIS time. Instead of fiddling with the problem on my own, I took the Pacifica in for diagnostics on the radio and touch screen. The heated steering wheel and driver?s seat could not be activated sometimes because the touch screen was unresponsive. At the same time, CarPlay was unresponsive telling me to make sure my phone was in proximity when my good phone was right next to the touch screen control panel. I am pleased the company understood my complaint and my request for a single diagnostic charge if needed. The technician did a hard reset of the radio and checked the heating of the steering and seat by means of the touch screen, and tested CarPlay with a good working phone. The tech noted that 15 days of freezing temperatures could have affected the touch screen. Advised that if problems persist. Tech recommended replacement of touch screen/radio. I was not charged for the diagnostic and my vehicle was was for pick up at the time specifies. I also had the company shuttle driver transport me one way free of charge. Also with all the ice someone else had left a vehicle for servicing without its keys and was blocking exits from the service dept . As I prepared to leave, an employee stopped me said the normal exits were blocked and he would circumnavigate the lot to bring my car around to a different exit. I was to go inside to the warm customer lounge to wait for him. He did as he offered abs I was in my way within minutes. I was helping four service staff because I brought my Oacufuca in early and picked it up early . They are spectacular highly recommend this service dept

I have a 2022 Jeep Compass that I am very happy with but was getting frustrated not knowing how to delete map locations! I stopped in and CARA was available to walk to my vehicle w/ me and show me how to delete old locations on my I-phone! She was super helpful and patient/ w/ me!! Cara needs to be recognized for her patience and caring! She is a true asset to your organization!!

I went in to Spitzer Motor city on Brookpark to buy a used car and they surpassed all my expectations. Tony Nemmi was my sales person and was knowledgeable and patient. The sales manager Bob Paradise personally came over and thanked me for my business. The finance manager Jessie made sure I understood all of my own decisions. "WOW"

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. Jessica is a salesperson that truly cares about her customers, I regret not buying from her. Don was great to deal with for the used car I was looking at. I noticed some residue in the engine bay and he had the service department take a look the next day. My overall purchasing experience was wonderful.
