This vehicle very comfy, small an cute for a jeep. Been that I just got it, still trying to flex its muscles, but overall its a beautiful running car.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Amazing car very comfortable. Love the leather interior and the color and look of it. SUV has everything I was looking for heated seats sun roof fog lights Bluetooth setup.
After experiencing more than one headache with other dealerships, we happened upon C&L and cannot be happier with our experience. My jeep is wonderful. It is not a small tiny car but it is not a large SUV either. It is just the right size. Small enough to be easily driven everywhere and big enough to cart all kinds of stuff everywhere. The only thing I dont like is that it is black. When I bought it I did not realize every flaw shows up on a black car. My fault and not the fault of my jeep.
I've owned this vehicle since I purchased it new in April 2013 and it has exceeded my expectations. Comfortable to drive, great gas mileage. looks nice inside and out and I have had minimal problems. Highly recommend.

I overall like my Jeep Compass. I went from a car to this vehicle. I am a bit disappointed in the layout of storage areas and tightness of cup holders. Only one place to plug in charging devices. I went from 2011 Sonata and feel like I lost some of the space, digital technology was better. I would think that in 2016 I would have better technology.
Great experience with both cars purchased. Great warranty too!
2018 Jeep Compass Limited Left me stranded twice

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
I met Jake 2 months ago and I couldn't get approved. He gave me some pointers to follow and told me he would follow up in a couple months. He did so brought me in and sold me a car that I love.
A nice car overall. Comfortable on trips.

This car is an excellent value compared to others the same size and features. Does not have all the fancy gadgets and touchscreens, but those are more things to go wrong. Gas mileage is fair. CVT automatic takes some time to get used to, but likeable.
After dealing with Frank Ford for many years, I had grown accustomed to quality professional business at their dealership. However the back end is equally impressive. The entire team of service professionals deliver quality and professional results keeping our Charger RT Max running like the day we brought it home. Thanks so much guys for taking care of us so well.

I took my jeep in for a recall. I had dropped it off and in no time I was getting a phone call that it was ready. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had several problems early on with my new Jeep Compass 2016. The reason I’m writing this is because I had, what should have been a minor accident and turned out the car was a total loss. I was bruised several places and very surprised the air bag didn’t go off. I did not feel safe in this car after my accident. Look at consumer reports before you by your next car. Jeeps are not rated well. I recommend buying a car with higher ratings.
