This was my family's first Honda purchase, a 2018 Odyssey. After months of debating whether or not we wanted a minivan, we came across the newly redesigned fifth generation Odyssey. We test drove at another dealer and then began the search for the best deal since we were trading in a car we had only owned for 2 years. Honda of Concord was the last dealership we contacted but they were the most responsive and understanding of our situation. Everyone took the time to fully understand our needs (and wants) and worked to ensure they were met. I started conversing with Carson, who worked out the numbers with the purchase and the trade. While he did not beat the price of the van I had received at another dealer (don't fret, it was not by much), he was able to cut more than my trade's buyout to help make up some of the difference. Once all that the finances were figured out, Joy joined the conversation and knocked the ball out of the park. Every question I had was answered within a few minutes by text, often accompanied by pictures for visual aid if needed. Once we decided to make the deal after pre-approval with our credit and situating the payment where we wanted, Joy and the team worked to find the color van we wanted since they didn't have it on the lot and had it in hand ready to go within a few hours the following day (we made our decision to buy the van late one evening). Joy made sure to schedule our arrival at the dealership to sign the paperwork so that we weren't there longer than necessary (she knew we would have two small children in tow). Though that process took a little longer than expected once we arrived, we were understanding as we saw the traffic in and out of the showroom. As we waited Joy didn't leave our side; she went ahead and started to discuss our preferences for the Odyssey (given there is so much technology they ask how you want certain functions to work) until Kevin in finance was ready for me to process all the paperwork. Kevin had everything printed and ready, described all the figures and notes in full detail, and we were out of his office in 15 minutes. The van was waiting for us out front along with Joy who was eager to explain some of the amazing features of the Odyssey - from the RES to the tailgating capability 3rd row to 2nd row magic four-way sliding seats. She also went ahead and preset our preferences for some of the functionality as a result of the conversation we had with her earlier. My family loaded the car and we were off. Joy even checked in the next day to see how we were enjoying the van. First rate dealership through and through. If and when we are ready to buy another car - new or used - we will definitely visit Honda of Concord. I highly recommend Joy and am grateful to have purchased a car with her as our sales partner. Knowledgeable, understanding, efficient, and energetic. Joy and the team made us feel like family and we were catching up after not seeing one another for a while. Thank you Carson, Joy, and Kevin. Our family is thrilled with the Odyssey and only wish we were closer to stop in and say hi when the car will need service.

My wife and I were in the market for a 3 row crossover after her previous car was going to require more maintenance than the car was worth. We were recommended to Marburger Chrysler by my wife's father who has been purchasing from them for years. I spoke with Chad and he asked me what we were looking for, what our budget was, what were key features we needed to have. He found a new Dodge Journey that had the key features we needed and was able to work it in at a very competitive price. He also provided us with a used vehicle that met the same requirements, but would have been less expensive. There was no pressure on us to purchase and Chad, Matt, and Mike were all very helpful and seemed focused on getting us what we needed versus trying to put us in a vehicle we didn't want. A side note, we were also working with them from a state away in which they covered sending a driver down to us (in South Carolina on the Georgia border) with the new vehicle and took my wife's trade in back up. In a few years when I'm looking at replacing my car I will definitely be heading back to Marburger Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Obviously this is my personal experience, but I do recommend them highly.

The BEST experience that I have ever had a at dealership. I was traveling from NY to FL with my wife and 2 children when my Buick broke down. The part wasn't available and I had to spend the night in NC. They went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get a room and gave us a brand new SUV to drive around while they were repairing my vehicle, they even wanted to help me unpack my vehicle and load up their loaner. I have never been treated like this in my dealership, and I purchased 3 vehicles from them. I will drive the 10 hours south to buy my next vehicle from Randy Marion. More dealerships should be like Randy Marion Buick. I hope that GM will recognize Bob Rose and Mike Groulx for their outstanding customer care and other dealerships should have employees like them. My wife and I shop for cars differently than the average buyer. We start by renting vehicles when we travel. We use those experiences to determine the brands we enjoy and then pare the list of vehicles we would consider buying based on Consumer Reports evaluations and reliability findings. we pick three brands, then determine the type of vehicle we want (sedan, SUV, truck, etc.). We narrow the choices to three or four and then start looking at dealerships. We test drive all the vehicles at the respective dealerships and determine the target dealer, the one at which we believe we will find the best information, service department and incentives. We pick three vehicles we could accept as our final choice and test drive each of those. We construct an evaluation grid that compares the characteristics and features and options we might be interested in. By this time, we have been looking for about 18 months. We try to time our purchases to fall in late Julyu or Late August, which seems to be the time most dealerships offer the best deals and the most valuable incentives. We determine the MSRP, invoice price and price as we want the vehicles configured using CR, USAA and TruCar services. We negotiate a deal for each of the vehicles at each dealership, often using the offers from one dealer to leverage pricing power at the next. We negotiate for a price that is en excellent price, no more than $200 over invoice. We sometimes are able to negotiate prices that are below what is reported to be the invoice price. It is not uncommon for us to walk away from a deal that isn't good enough and then return, either at the sales rep's invitation or at a later date on our own initiative with an offer that is $50 higher than the one we walked away from. we don't do trade-ins and we don't discuss financing until AFTER we negotiate the full, drive-away price for the vehicle, including taxes, tags, delivery, all options and all other "extra" charges. We never buy extended warrantees. (Instead of an extended warrantee, we set aside money in a savings account for unanticipated repair costs. We don't use it very often.) We will, depending on the value offered, pay cash, do a bank loan, finance through USAA or lease, but whichever way we finance the purchase is designed to keep cash cash flow reasonable and total cost at a minimum. Buying this way requires cooperation from the dealership and the sales representative. It is also time intensive but it has paid off with what is usually a good, comfortable, unemotional buying decision. Itv works for us and we enjoy the process. The dealerships usually don't. Our most recent buying experience was at Honda of Concord. They allowed us to do several test drives on several vehicles, some with the sales rep and some without, and some even overnight as we neared a final choice. The managers, service technicians, sales people and clerical staff were always courteous and patient as we worked our way through our preferred buying process. Delivery was a challenge because the dealership didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted. It took a month to find the vehicle, arrange for an in-transit swap with another dealership and get the vehicle delivered with the preferred trim level, color, options and accessories. Our sales rep stayed on top of the process and kept us informed as it played out. We were very pleased and satisfied with the dealership from top to bottom and from start to finish. We got an excellent vehicle for an excellent price.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Picture it: Sicily, 1918. Who begins a review with a Golden Girls reference? Me. That???s who. It???s an age reference so that the reader knows I???m a (mostly) adult person who is old enough to remember those kooky gals on the t.v that wasn???t flat. Or, I could be a 25 year old man-child living in my parents??? basement binge-watching ???80s re-runs while lounging on a 1970s couch carelessly eating stale Cheetos and wondering what shall become of my life. But The Facts of Life are on next so life goals don???t particularly matter right now. It???s the internet so you don???t know. You???re just going to have to trust me that I???m not the guy on the couch and I???m pretty o.k. at this adulting thing. But you know what matters right now, my dear readers? Being able to purchase a car from a good dealership. Well, that doesn???t really apply to the aforementioned guy on the couch because he needs to learn that you take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have, the facts of life. Speaking of good, Gastonia Dodge is good. Like Friday night pizza and a pint of ice cream while watching Dateline in your jammies good. That means it was really good. From the moment I spoke to Sam I felt like I was more than just a potential sale; more than just dollar signs. I had a budget and needed a reliable used car to sell all my meth. What? Just checking to see if you???re still reading this. I needed a reliable used car to transport me to and fro my responsible and legal job. And to take my miniature primate (child) to school, the park, and various other places children frequent. Sam was personable and genuine. I had visited another dealership the day before and I walked away ashamed and embarrassed of myself and my budget and my fly wasn???t even down nor did I have toilet paper dangling precariously from my foot. I wasn???t treated like a person, I was nothing. But not here. Sam treated me with respect and there was an air of friendliness throughout the entire dealership; it hung in the air like a crisp Lysol scent from a freshly cleaned bathroom. Speaking of bathrooms, you shan???t be treated like fecal matter at this dealership. Sam took the time to listen. Everything about him was genuine from the second he answered the phone until I drove away in my beautiful Jeep. He knew I am a struggling single mother with a budget and he cared. His humor is a wonderful gift and he helped me feel quite at home in the dealership. I imagine if I had friends it would be very much like my time at the dealership. The atmosphere itself is soothing from the warmth of the carpet to the spike of Sam???s hair. All employees there were genuinely friendly. I am repeatedly using the term ???genuine??? because none of the employees were fake like my breasts. What? There you are, you???re still with me. Brad, the finance paperwork man (that???s a technical term) was wonderful as well. The beautiful thing about Brad is that he doesn???t cowpoop. He tells you exactly what the numbers mean and why they are there. Underneath his dealership-issued polo beats a heart of non-cowpoop gold. And so I say to you, my dear readers who are not watching The Facts of Life right now, if you are in the market for a vehicle please consider going to Gastonia Dodge. Sam and Brad were the absolute best and I am so happy. I never thought I could ever own a car that wasn???t around before the invention of the McRib. And now I do. Thank you so much, Sam and Brad.

I've been thinking about how to write this review without making it too long. There is just no way around it. It might be a little long.. I'm a retired senior citizen with a limited budget. My wife and I searched the internet for over two weeks researching the car we wanted in the Charlotte area. We found many but either the price was too high or the miles were. Then we thought we found it at Adams. They had a lot of good photos, we loved the color and it was a top of the line model. It had extras like leather interior, a moon roof, and a 12 speaker sound system with 360 watts of power! (I was a teen in the 70's and that thing can really put out some some great sound!) It also had low mileage and a great detailed carfax. I called to see if it was still there and it was. I told the person on the phone THAT was the car I was interested in and it had to fit my monthly budget. I told them what my monthly payment could not exceed and if I drove there to see it I needed to know it fit my budget. The next morning I got a call telling me they could hit my number and to come on down to see and test drive it. We went down, drove it, and loved it. Of course I just knew they were going to tell me my payment would be either what I told them or a few dollars more. Not only did Jason Dunham (Sales Manager) come in and tell me my payment would be $20.00 BELOW my budgeted number, but also he gave us a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty at no additional cost! Also, our final price included sales tax and licence fees. It was raining when we I got in to drive it home. When I got home I noticed a small "scuff" on the left corner of the rear bumper. My wife said "oh let it go! it's nothing..." After I reviewed the pictures and it wasn't there I called Adams and told them "I know I took possession and took it off the lot and take full responsibility for doing that, but can you do anything?" Well, Jason told me to bring it back and they would look at it. I brought it back and Jason said"of course I will fix that". So I took it back for the repair. Since we have such a unique color car and it is 3 years old they decided if they only pained that corner there may be a problem with a perfect match. Therefore, I had to leave it overnight as they decided to paint the entire bumper! No charge to me! It is a perfect match! I have bought many new and used cars over the years but NO ONE has ever treated me with such respect as Jason, and Henry. If you are looking for a great car for a great price you need to give Adams a try. You will not regret it!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I???m giving Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM five ***** Stars. I???m giving my Salesman Jimmy Grant 5 stars because he has all the qualities of a great salesman. Jimmy was very patient and answered all my question knowledgeably. After a couple of hours discussing all the options and looking at many trucks, I never felt rushed into deciding. I purchased the Dodge Tradesman 1500 5.7L 4x4. This truck is the perfect mix of a rugged 4x4 work horse and the latest high-tech gadgetry, while remaining a good practical investment. I had not been fallowing all the latest options and improvements and Jimmy brought me up to speed, so I could make the choices that were right for me. Thank you, Jimmy, you???re a Pro. I???m also giving Both Michael Todd (Finance) and James McElroy (Management) 5***** stars. I???m a return customer at Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Michael and James both appreciate their return customers and they show it with more than just talk. When I bring my truck in for serves Michael always recognizes me, he never forgets his customers. He also worked with James to give me an Awesome!!! deal on my trade in and new purchase. I???m positive I wouldn???t have got such a great deal anywhere else.

I went there to get a used Jeep Sahara but after working with Darious and Isiah we left with a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler with all the perks my husband was looking. Dariouswas o very new , I believe his first couple of days in the job was amazing . He was very nice and knowledgeable and the things he was unsure of he made sure to find us the right answers . Isiah who assisted Darious was as great !! He helped to work with finances to make the deal happen . It was a great experience. The General Manager my apologies for not remembering his name was very helpful and even got me some ibuprofen when my back pain flared up . Every one was helpful . I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer from Classic. Salesperson Bryant Gardner was excellent and did a great job answering all of our questions and showing us the features of the vehicle we wanted. The sales staff worked with us with our trade-in and we were satisfied with the entire purchasing experience. The only recommendation I would offer is for the sales manager to have actually have come and thanked us for the business we decided to bring him.

I had another great experience leasing a 2017 Honda Civic with Joy Spencer at Honda of Concord! I worked with Joy Spencer 3 years ago to lease my first Honda Accord. She was so knowledgeable and helpful that I was really looking forward to working with her again to resign a new lease (this time with the Honda Civic). Joy was very easy to get in touch with in the weeks leading up to my lease turn in. I gave her an idea of what I was looking to lease this second time around and she far exceeding my expectations again.
