The issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction, at no charge, and the service department also conducted a premium-level wash and dressing on the exterior, along with vacuuming the interior, a nice surprise went I went to pick it up. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Quick car loan, no upfront hassles, until I took the time to inspect the car. Cigarette burn on drivers side seat. Scratches tot the exterior of the car and stains on the interior. Even though this was a 2025 car, it had over 5 thousand miles from being used as a loaner. This enabled me to get a new car cheaper than usual and customary, but there were no solutions in place to make the car as close to new as possible. Additionally the service department seemed unaware of how to enable certain car features, I also received services that I was not scheduled for. Very disorganized.
