Absoutely love the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4, but especially the added equipment on the Sterling edition . I wish they had not made any changes to the 2022. This is my favorite vehicle ever.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

I've owned many cars and also been through a lot of leases.After financing a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I figured i needed a safety technology upgrade and leased a 2018 JGC High Altitude. I fell IN LOVE with this car. I normally trade or sell a car within 2 years, but i couldn't see myself giving it up. I ended up buying my lease out and haven't regretted it for a SECOND. It's a gorgeous car, reliable, and comfortable with every bell and whistle except auto pilot.

I had a great experience at smith town Kia, I tried to get a car from generation Kia on sunrise and was giving the run around on when my car would be there, and they never once called and gave us updates we had to call and call and ca for one, so we went to smith town, we had a appointment the next day but I was eager to see if we can get the ball rolling, we were helped by mike Holliday and Tom, they were awesome overall pretty fast cuz there was only one financing guy(Tom) at the time but was still a overall speedy transaction, got a new car and was happy with payments, cheaper then generation tried to charge, overall a very nice experience there and will be back in the future and for all my cars needs, thanks again guys.

Since relocating my vehicle maintenance needs from Jeep White Plains to Eastchester. I have to say. The staff at Eastchester are top notch. They truly care about their customers. On my last visit for an oil change. I was assisted by Taisha. Who was extremely friendly and courteous. She had me in and out. Which is a plus. Given I had to go to work.

I went to a few other mitsubishi stores and by far over here I got great respect and treatment by their staff

Their team assisted me throughout the process or purchasing my car. The whole process was smooth barely took an hour. However my insurance was an issue due a few tickets, but thanks to a few referrals from their end I was able to get an affordable insurance and drive off. Overall great service, even brought me food during the wait. Never been to a dealership, where they offered such service!
