2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

I had been looking for a new vehicle for over a year and had tried out many makes and models, settling on the Dodge Durango. After poor experiences at several places, I decided to make phone calls to find what I was looking for and see if I could get information over the phone. When I called Schmit Bros, I got Tracy Davis, the sales manager who was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I made an appointment to buy the vehicle the next day. When I arrived, Tracy introduced me to Lisa McNeil, the salesperson. Lisa took over and was just the best! She was knowledgeable, tried to address my every need, and the first salesperson I met that was sincere. My buying experience only got better when I decided to finance my vehicle with Chrysler and Ericka Thompson, the finance manager, took over. An otherwise generally stressful buying experience was nothing short of fun for me. All the people there were friendly and accommodating. I know a few dealers that should take a page out of the Schmit Bros selling vehicles book. I recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
We are very happy with our '21 GC Limited. It is well appointed, with many options, drives nice, comfortable and still sits higher, unlike a lot of other "car" SUV's. We use this as our only vehicle, and flat tow behind our motorhome. Jeeps are the best vehicles made to flat tow!! We have climbed dirt trails in the West and cruised coastal waterways. Love it.

I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

In the day of computers and phones acting like computers. These people have the best mix! Hands down! I was able to get info by text. Setup financing and setup a test drive via computer. But as it neared time to interact with humans, well I was pleasantly surprised. The whole team brought their A game today. Test drive, assement of my car, loan papers signed, and driving away in less than 2 hours. Why is this important? Because I have bought cars used and new. It took all day. From doors open to just before the door locked. I do not kid! I will be back even if it took 2 hours one way.
2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
We special ordered the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. The vehicle is all black inside and out. The paint is a Diamond Gloss Black Metalic. The day after delivery we had the entire finish done with Ceramic Coating. We've had this vehicle for a year and the fit and finish is like new. The Ride is tight and still handles great. Fuel mileage is now 21 City. We're sorry to see they will no longer produce this vehicle!!
