Spitzer Ford Hartville review
I had a great experience at Spitzer Ford Hartville. The staff was exceptional and made my buying experience a smooth one. In particular, I wanted to thank Sierra Dieble for her help. She was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I'm enjoying my new car and, when the time comes to replace it, will definitely go back to Spitzer!

I was greeted by Justin Stinaff, he is always cheerful and welcoming. Great experience from the start. The technician Brian Binegar was knowledgeable and fast on the recall and oil change. My car was washed, another pleasant BONUS. Below does not give me option to select the tech who performed the work, Brian Binegar also gets 5 stars

I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I've purchased all of my Buicks from Lambert since 2001. There is no better dealership or service department. Thanks Mr. Lambert and staff.

Ken Ganley Toyota Akron review
I called before going to the dealership. Saw the person I talked with on the phone; he referred us to Bruce Elmore. We went there to look at a 2015 RAV4. We drove it; it didn't have what we were looking for. Bruce suggested a 2018 RAV4 XLE drove it also. Through the process, Bruce answered all questions about either car without looking anything up, he made the deal. If there was a Star rating for the salesman, Bruce would get 5 stars also. Thanks, Bruce. May God bless you

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Thanks again Todd for a great experience at Don Sitts Deaiership. Tom S.

IIt was one of the most reliable cars I have ever driven, with a great ride, smooth and comfortable interior, and a feeling of safety like being inside a steel capsule; the Altitude X 4x4 is something unique in its design and performance with the iconic Pentastar engine.

Haasz Automall review
If you’re looking for the good guys in the automotive industry, you will find them in Rick, Andy, Mike and Justin at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. These guys worked as a team and provided me with the best experience I’ve had buying a new car. I did not feel pressured at any point in my path to purchase. Rick was patient with me and worked with me for almost four months as I figured out what I wanted to do. Once I was ready to buy, all four of these guys stepped up to meet my needs so I could drive away a very happy customer. Whenever the need arises, I will be returning to Haasz Automall of Ravenna.

Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. Chris passes me off to Kim who did the financing and she was awesome also. Such a smooth transaction.

Unfortunately, we didn't buy the car because I overlooked the fact that it did not have a sunroof which is a dealbreaker for me. I would first like to say thank you to Joe my sales rep and Carol the finance manager for making my car buying such a great experience. Not only was my buying experience flawless but the staff are wonderful people to work with. I actually traveled from Georgia to Columbiana, Ohio to buy a Dodge Charger Scat Pack because of the great deal on the car. There were no games, confusion, or deception. The staff are trustworthy and honest. I will recommend them to all of my friends who are looking for a Dodge vehicle.

Don Sitts Auto Sales review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 Tesla Model Y from Don Sitts Auto! GM Ed Tuma and the entire team treated me with professionalism, honesty, and zero pressure--something that's hard to come by in the car buying world. The team was incredibly knowledgeable about the Tesla. They made the entire process smooth, efficient, and transparent. The 2024 Model Y was in immaculate condition, and very fairly priced. What really stood out was the customer service--everyone I interacted with took the time to answer my questions, explain the vehicle's features, and make sure I was confident in my decision. No gimmicks, no surprises, just a great deal and excellent service. I highly recommend Don Sitts Auto to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle and a dealership experience you can actually enjoy. I love my new Tesla and will absolutely return for future purchases!

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Second lease on a Grand Cherokee. Different than my 2021 in many ways. The all wheel drive makes the steering more sensitive. Tricky parking brake and much smaller layout of gauges in dash. No Sirius satilitte radio. Seats are harder. Overall better than the 2021.

Kufleitner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Adam Yossef was a very kind and knowledgeable salesman who did not force anything on us. He met all of our expectations. We got a great deal on the vehicle we purchased. We recommend going to Kufleitner for your future vehicle. Thank you again Adam for all of your help.
2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

CarMax Bloomington review
Scotty is a really good salesman, I came in for my appointment to look at a used car, he told me everything that I needed to know about the vehicle, was hospitable, and very kind. He also was knowledgeable about his profession, and was really attentive and asked all the questions that me and my grandfather had. After we went for a test drive, I decited that the car would be my first vehicle, and after that we went through all the paper work and he recommended a friend at state Farm to be my insurance agent and I was happy with my purchase and am very thankful for the service he provided.
