2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

This is the best car we've ever had! Before my wife passed away, we bought this car (pre-owned), she fell in love with it and insisted on driving everywhere! Since she passed in Sept, 2021, I've been driving it and I LOVE IT TOO! I have some issues with programming/memory, but the dealer assures me they can fix this problem

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

The day after delivery we had the entire finish done with Ceramic Coating. We've had this vehicle for a year and the fit and finish is like new. The Ride is tight and still handles great. Fuel mileage is now 21 City. We're sorry to see they will no longer produce this vehicle!!

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited Reserve 4x4 from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and it was, without question, the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We’re seasoned Jeep buyers and have also purchased vehicles from other brands over the years. Having been through the process many times.. we’ve seen both the best and the worst (pushy sales & long office waiting games) of dealership experiences. Simply put, every previous experience pales in comparison to what we experienced at Marino. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt different. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to have us there. They even treated our two dogs like valued guests, which immediately set the tone. Our salesperson, Asher, was outstanding. He knew the product inside and out, answered every question with confidence, and somehow managed to be both incredibly professional and completely down-to-earth. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no rehearsed sales pitches, just honest conversations and a genuine desire to help us find the right vehicle. His manager, Alec, was equally impressive. He respected our time, communicated clearly, and was always quick to return with answers or options. At no point were we left sitting around wondering what was happening next. From that moment to driving off the lot in our new Jeep, the entire process took just two hours. That’s virtually unheard of and speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers’ time. God bless them both. What impressed me most was that every interaction felt reasonable. They listened. They were transparent. They worked with us to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. In an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation, Marino delivered an experience built on trust. The biggest surprise came as we were leaving when we happened to meet the owner. After spending a few minutes talking with him, everything clicked. The culture, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the customer-first mindset all made sense because it clearly starts at the top. 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought this SUV last week. My "new" 2012 JGC had 227,000 miles on it. The salesperson didn't know much about the Jeep, as it was a Ford dealership I had gone to. Two days later, I had to go for preparations to bury my son, over 800 miles away. I was very fearful, because I had this JGC that I had never driven before, and I was on this journey alone. I have seen so many cars with temp plates sitting on the side of the road, and was fearful mine could just be another one. Needless to say, the only 2 things I haven't liked about my vehicle transaction, is that there is no owners manual, and evidently the sensor for low fuel doesn't work. I knew about the owners manual before the purchase, but not the low fuel indicator. I will just fill up at 1/4 tank asI always have. LOVE, LOVE this vehicle.....stylish, comfy, and all the perks. 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited Reserve 4x4 from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and it was, without question, the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We’re seasoned Jeep buyers and have also purchased vehicles from other brands over the years. Having been through the process many times.. we’ve seen both the best and the worst (pushy sales & long office waiting games) of dealership experiences. Simply put, every previous experience pales in comparison to what we experienced at Marino. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt different. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to have us there. They even treated our two dogs like valued guests, which immediately set the tone. Our salesperson, Asher, was outstanding. He knew the product inside and out, answered every question with confidence, and somehow managed to be both incredibly professional and completely down-to-earth. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no rehearsed sales pitches, just honest conversations and a genuine desire to help us find the right vehicle. His manager, Alec, was equally impressive. He respected our time, communicated clearly, and was always quick to return with answers or options. At no point were we left sitting around wondering what was happening next. The entire process moved efficiently without ever feeling rushed. In fact, when we arrived, the vehicle was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. From that moment to driving off the lot in our new Jeep, the entire process took just two hours. That’s virtually unheard of and speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers’ time. God bless them both. What impressed me most was that every interaction felt reasonable. They listened. They were transparent. They worked with us to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. In an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation, Marino delivered an experience built on trust. The biggest surprise came as we were leaving when we happened to meet the owner. After spending a few minutes talking with him, everything clicked. The culture, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the customer-first mindset all made sense because it clearly starts at the top. He was gracious, appreciative, and genuinely thankful for our business. We arrived hoping to buy a vehicle. We left with a beautiful new Jeep, a great deal, and a level of confidence in the dealership that is increasingly rare today. 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I was a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 10 years.It was not a two thousand fifteen , it was older and it was a V8, not this V6 or those I4 4 cylinders. I actually got the vehicle from my brother, same color black leather interior sunroof I took over his payments and ended up paying it off. That was the strongest 4 wheel drive I'd ever owned, let alone driven up to that point that car was a Beast. I never got stuck one time in the snow here in Iowa.. The only thing I've noticed that has changed over the years is the emphasis on eliminating the V8 engine, which is totally wrong. Because I want something with power, those 4 cylinder SUVs, they ought to fire every single one of them engineers who decided to put a 4 cylinder engine in a heavy vehicle like that, and naturally, it's gonna burn oil, a 4 cylinder S. U. V. Is about like dancing with your sister. It screams, it wants to be like its Big Brother, the v6, and v8. I'm just glad we're not hearing more about these electric vehicles cause that was the biggest joke I've ever heard of they never have enough batteries to service them. If the industry went all electric bad, a joke, there'd be a lot of stranded vehicles on the interstates bring back the VA engine, take the crossover. I4. And drive him into the river , they're xxxx , they're junk

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee review

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

They don’t deal with slit of those to be fair. Excellent service from my salesperson. I would recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a used, like-new vehicle.

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
We are very happy with our '21 GC Limited. It is well appointed, with many options, drives nice, comfortable and still sits higher, unlike a lot of other "car" SUV's. We use this as our only vehicle, and flat tow behind our motorhome. Jeeps are the best vehicles made to flat tow!! We have climbed dirt trails in the West and cruised coastal waterways. Love it.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.
