Overall a great experience, not a lot of the usual dealership back and forth hassle, I was in and out in under 3 hours as they were pretty straightforward on pricing. The salesperson was new but very pleasant. Overall a great job by the team at Ourisman!

DriveTime of Glen Burnie review
Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!

Group 1 Toyota BowieReviews
Group 1 Toyota Bowie review
They corrected a brake problem that I experienced when I initially bought the car new. A preexisting condition that got worse over time, I believe. Very impressed however by the personal car videos they messaged to me showing me the critical areas of my car that needed repair, with repair costs. Then you decide what you think you want to do. Critical parts like worn brakes, and a ?snake-like? belt around the engine where if it breaks, the car won?t run and may never be the same again. So, I?m thinking like Clint Eastwood, ?Do I feel lucky?? Or do I just go ahead and pay for what Toyota?s service rep will make sure is quality service ( He confidently reassured me that if I get the critical work done, then my car will for sure make it another 60,000 miles (which puts me over the 100,000 mile mark!). Yeah, so I weigh the cost and take a little financial hit now in order to have peace of mind and be driving for the next five years or so. To conclude, after reading Toyota?s rundown of what needed to be done, and watching the videos, the service rep was nice enough to explain what was going on there and what would happen if I didn?t fix the problem. I then made an informed decision and got the work done. Yep, I end up taking a calculated financial risk, banking on Toyota?s reputation for great service and I give myself the best chance to make it to that 100,000 mile mark rather than rely on ?luck?.

Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

J.B.A. Kia review
I had a fantastic experience with Walter (dealer) and all the employees. The loan process was great, easy, and was very simple to follow and understand. I felt VERY comfortable with everyone there, everyone was very hospitable too. They checked to see if I was thirsty or wanted a snack. It was busy Saturday but every single person working there had a smile on their face and said hi as they walked by. I'm extremely pleased with the car I bought and walter, my dealer, made sure I was satisfied with the deal, and my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership whether you're buying a used or new car!! Thank you Walter and the entire staff.

I have had a 2011, 2014 and 2022 Grand Cherokee prior to this 2025. All 3 were excellent and trouble free. This 2025 with 22,000 miles is the best one yet. Smooth, quiet and a pleasure to drive, especially on long trips.

I had the pleasure of working with Karla Araujo at Ourisman in Dundalk, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Karla was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. She made the entire process of purchasing my 2018 Jeep Renegade smooth and enjoyable. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate my schedule and preferences truly set her apart. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and strives to make the experience as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Karla Araujo to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience. Her dedication and outstanding service make her a true asset to Ourisman at Dundalk!

Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Ourisman Toyota 40Reviews
Ourisman Toyota 40 review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Toyota! Even from before we walked into the dealership and were just doing online inquiries, Mo was knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Mo took the time to explain all of my options, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to find a solution that fit my budget and suited my lifestyle! This dealership is extremely honest, efficient, and committed to providing a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend them.

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Honda of AnnapolisReviews
Honda of Annapolis review
My wife asked me to assist her with buying a car on 11/20/2019. After leaving another dealership in the area we decided to give Annapolis Honda a chance to earn our business. I contacted the dealership by phone and spoke to Anne Marie. I asked her could she confirm a particular CPO White Civic EX was still available? She seemed eager and willing to do everything she could, even walk outside to verify the car was on the lot. I really appreciated her willing to go the extra step before we drove 30 miles to the dealership. I felt this was going to be a much better experience than what we were currently dealing with at another local Honda dealer. We arrived at the dealership and Anne Marie was waiting for us. She informed us the car was being brought up and we could get processed to take a test drive. Anne Marie is a Pro. She was very knowledgeable about the car we chose. She was able to answer every question my wife had and made us both feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciate her professionalism and how she made my wife and I feel real comfortable in making this purchase. Thank you Anne Marie!

Heritage Volkswagen ParkvilleReviews
Heritage Volkswagen Parkville review
I do not typically do reviews. I always say I do not get to advertise for a company. But... Today I purchased a 2026 Tiguan from Heritage Volkswagen Parkville. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! When I first arrived I was able to browse freely without pressure. Then my salesperson Mari approached me. I thought I would receive the typical sales greeting. I immediately put my guard up. Giving vague answers to why I was there and what I was looking for. Partly because I didn't have anything specifically I was looking for. I really was just browsing. Mari asked all the right questions to help me narrow down me needs. I never felt like he was selling me but more like assisting me. By the time I left I had the perfect vehicle in the perfect color with all my perfect features. Mari drove 4 hours round trip to get me to the vehicle that checked all my boxes. While Mari was on the road, Paris (in financing) closed the deal. I was very strict about my budget parameters. I wasn't budging and Paris listened. While he prepared the documents we talked like life long friends. While I know they are there to "sell me" and to "close the deal". I also know genuine people when I encounter them. Mari even returned the rental car drove up in for me. That was such a big help for me. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I will be back again when needed. Mari and Paris gave me a 5-Star experience so I had to give them a 5-star review. Keep up the great work.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.
