Service here was amazing! They aren’t pushy while you’re looking around, but are super helpful and responsive when you have any questions. I personally worked with Eric while purchasing my car and he was awesome answering the many questions I had throughout the process (thank you Eric!). Overall a great experience and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a car! :)

I have purchased probably 20 new vehicles in my life time, and by far this has been the best experience. Arturo Cervantes has been the best sales representatives that I have ever dealt with from any dealer. He was had a great personality, attentive, polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and truly genuine. I will refer all my friends and family to Sands Chevrolet, because of my awesome experience. I literally drove from California to buy this vehicle because a friend referred Arturo Cervantes! 5 Stars*****

Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!

2024 Jeep Wrangler review
I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I would like to sincerely thank Tank Wallace at Bill Luke in Phoenix, Arizona, for his exceptional customer service. From start to finish, Tank truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. We especially appreciated him arranging delivery of the van all the way to California—an extra step that meant a lot to us. This level of service is exactly why we continue to return to Bill Luke for our work vans. Every experience makes us feel valued as customers, not just another sale. I’d also like to recognize Mike Wallace in the finance department, who was equally outstanding. He was clear, helpful, and highly professional throughout the process. It’s evident that Bill Luke has an exceptional team that works seamlessly and truly cares about their customers. Overall, Bill Luke consistently delivers top-notch service, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent vehicle-buying experience.
2024 Jeep Wrangler review
2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

Colton is absolutely the best salesman. Very knowledgeable and took care of our needs. It's hard for senior citizens to find trusting people. He was able to get me in a low mileage affordable car. Steve the store manager also made sure we had all the information I needed . Financing was smooth. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness given

I would like to say that the service department that i have had is to be commended. I especially want to thank Aaron Zemco the service advisor. I want to thank him for his great service, his kindness and help in getting my Jeep back in working order. Aaron I'm sorry this took so long in giving you this review, but you are definitely the best of the best. God bless you keep health and have a great year, thank you so much, Grayson Kidd
2024 Jeep Wrangler review
This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.

CarMax Tucson review
armax sales people were wonder to work with. No pressure, just their desire to show you a car that you would be interested in. Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.

So easy, it left me extremely pleased! I brought two friends with me for "second-third opinions," and they both enjoyed sharing the adventure with me! Very happy with our salesman who explained clearly what each step was in the test drive and through the paperwork.
