Diamond Auto SalesReviews
Diamond Auto Sales review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2006 Honda Element from Diamond Auto Sales in Alameda, CA, and I must say, my experience was absolutely phenomenal. Alex, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best car-buying experience possible. Not only was Alex working on Father's Day, but he also had his sweet daughter Sophia helping him at the lot. It was heartwarming to see their dedication and commitment to their customers. I was torn between choosing an automatic or a manual transmission for my Honda Element. I don’t mind the convenience of an automatic transmission, which came with a roof rack and mats, but I really desired the thrill of driving a manual transmission. Alex came up with a brilliant solution. He suggested that my family and I go to lunch while he swapped the roof rack and the mats for me. And to top it off, he even offered a generous $1,000 discount. The level of customer service and attention to detail displayed by Alex truly exceeded my expectations. He went the extra mile to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted while providing outstanding value. In addition to the exceptional customer service and attention to detail, I should commend Diamond Auto Sales for making the paperwork process quick and painless. I have worked in the industry, and it is often not like that. Alex and his team ensured that all the necessary paperwork was handled efficiently, allowing me to get in my fun new Element asap and get home to spend time with my folks for Father’s Day, and less time dealing with administrative tasks. The smooth and hassle-free paperwork process was yet another testament to the professionalism and dedication of Diamond Auto Sales. I cannot recommend Diamond Auto Sales enough. If you're in the market for a used car, I urge you to pay them a visit. Alex will take care of you and make sure you drive away with a smile on your face. I will definitely be giving them my business again in the future, and I'll be telling everyone I know about this fantastic dealership.

2018 Jeep Wrangler review
Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

2022 Jeep Wrangler review
Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Fun vehicle! Great as a daily driver or for off roading. Very reliable. Sky One Touch roof is amazing, one push of a button and the whole roof opens up.

Shannon Aiken- Amazing. In and out in one hour with the price I wanted and the car I wanted. Car was waiting for me to test drive, he didn’t rush me into anything, no hidden fees or extra expenses like LoJack. Shannon even texted after the purchase to confirm everything was perfect.
2023 Jeep Wrangler review
Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

2024 Jeep Wrangler review
2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. Once traded in, paperwork was processed and payment was accepted, and off I was in a brand new vehicle. Would definitely come back here again especially for the competitive vehicle pricing. The service was friendly and helpful. I had a good experience looking at the RAV4 to me. l had a very good experience visiting Concord Toyota.
2024 Jeep Wrangler review
This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

2020 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

2012 Jeep Wrangler review
This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

BEST AUTO DEALER IN ALAMEDA & ALL OF BAY AREA! My daughter recently purchased her first car & Alex made the experience so seamless! She was referred to Diamond Auto Sales by two friends who had bought their cars from Alex. They highly recommended him. I usually dread the car buying process but Alex completely changed my views. He was honest, friendly, thoughtful, funny, and very knowledgable. You can tell he takes pride in each car he has available. He didn't pressure my daughter at all and once she decided to buy it, everything went so smooth. I highly recommend Alex and Diamond Auto Sales! Thank you so much Alex! I will definetly be back when my son gets his license and when I finally decide to treat myself to a new car. In the meantime I will be recommending them to all my friends & family. Thank you Alex and team! We are so grateful.

2024 Jeep Wrangler review
I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

All Star Ford review
I purchased an F-150 from Olivia. The truck I wanted wasn't in stock, but Olivia quickly found it and delivered it to personally at my home. The price was right and her service was exceptional. was the finance manager. I wasn't planning on financing the truck, but he showed me how to save even more money by financing. Great service. UPDATE: The truck was delivered with 125 miles and I owned the truck for less than a week when I discovered a nail in the sidewall of a tire. The tire could not be repaired. Now, we'll never know whether the nail appeared before or after I took delivery, but Sales Manager Cruz was more than fair in agreeing to cover the repair.

Love the alpine sound system and the smooth quiet comfortable ride ( obviously still a jeep ) I’ve gotten 28mph on a 400 mile road trip and seem to average 25mph which it outstanding imop

San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I came here and bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 about a week ago and love the car. It's a great car and very much just a luxury car. The sales person I had was Beverly and she was also great. Only bad thing was how long it took to buy the car. But so far I really like it.

CarMax Bakersfield review
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
2024 Jeep Wrangler review
I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.
