CarMax White MarshReviews
CarMax White Marsh review
We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

11,000 miles never a issue still drives like brand new . Awesome off roading and really not bad on the freeway at speeds up to 90mph

Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore review
Purchased a new Ram 2500 Diesel. I live in WV, drove to Baltimore after working out a deal over the phone. My salesperson Rich and Mel, the finance manager, took care of everything so all I had to do was sign papers when I got there. Good price, good financing deal, in and out. Great experience.

I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. I was directed to John Wyatt. He was excellent. He was professional, considerate and well - informed. He helped me pick the right car for me. I am very satisfied. Thank You!

2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Easterns Automotive Group of Laurel review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Initially, Briscoe and i have been talking through phone and text message for 2 weeks this guy is wonderful,he is such a wonderful guy.He was accommodating and worked with us through to find suited and beautiful SUV I also had the pleasure of working with Ron J., who assisted with my vehicle financing. I also want to thank and appreciate The manager Ron Jackson for his help in guiding us through the paperwork. Every employee I came in contact with at the dealership was professional and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

CarMax White Marsh review
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.

Bob Johnson Used review
One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

CarMax East Haven review
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.
