DARCARS Lexus of Mt. Kisco review
Matt and the used dealership was great. We talked via the phone and had everything prep and ready to go. The warranty guy, not so much. He was very pushy on a extended warranty after being told no 3-4 times. The only reason I deducted a star. We picked up a RX350 and was great process.

Shaker's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Shaker's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased my very first Jeep from Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I could not have had a better experience! While I’ve purchased vehicles from other Shaker dealerships in the past, this was my first time working with this particular location, and the entire team was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, extraordinarily friendly, and genuinely made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I knew what I was looking for, and they went above and beyond to find the right Jeep for me. What impressed me even more was how smoothly they handled everything knowing that I live out of state. They were able to get the Jeep to me and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely seamless. From the sales team to everyone else I interacted with at the dealership, the level of customer service was exceptional. They made me feel like they were just as excited about my first Jeep as I was! I will absolutely be keeping in touch with the team at Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I will gladly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone I know in Connecticut who is looking for a new vehicle. Thank you to the entire team for making my first Jeep purchase such a great experience. You have definitely earned a repeat customer!

Excellent service! John P was attentive and responsive with any questions/concerns. My vehicle services were performed in a timely manner, and they even washed my car when everything was done! 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

I needed our transmission reprogrammed, I called the night prior, they had my vehicle in the next morning and returned by the end of the day. Everything I needed done was accomplished with no issues, they also kept me up to speed as they worked on the vehicle through an email link to check the status. Great job!!!
2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Blasius Mitsubishi review
They were friendly and reasonable throughout the experience. While I was disappointed there turned out to be only one key (used Outlander), the salesperson made it right in a way that kept me feeling OK about everything, and I now have two keys. The car is the best ride we've ever had. Very versatile on fitting up to 7 without being massive to drive around.

Outstanding purchase experience at Blasius Mitusubishi, member of the Blasius Auto Group located in Brookfield CT. From the interactions of Vin Carangleo, Spencer Dragone, Max Dragone, Joe Toral and Celine Fung-Fook a very pleasant shopping endeavor. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are considering an automotive purchase. Job well done!!

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.
