I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta
Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .

I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler; I wanted something with low miles that was lifted with 35 inch tires. I told him it all came down to what they could give me on my trade in because that was the issue since I still had a new car. My son had been pestering me about lifted trucks since joining the military and hoped to have one soon after training. He constantly sent me pictures of possibilities and I usually objected for one reason or another - high mileage, too expensive, little options etc. Good thing for having patients. Because when he heard of Dealers Trade Outlet, with their wide selection of lifted trucks, this was a now brainer. He found exactly what he wanted and took an initial trip there to check it out. So when me and my wife went with him to test drive, we were really impressed with not only the 2015 Chevy Silverado but surprised on how efficient the place operates. The transaction went smoothly. All documents were provided on a USB drive, minor scratch buffed out and oil pressure switch replaced. Matt, Nathan and Bill were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We definitely would recommend this place and look forward to future business.
