Gettel Toyota of Lakewood review
Matt was a pleasant change from the typical high pressure sales person and that made such a difference to me. At the end of the car shopping game I feel I paid a reasonable price for a car that was close to everything I?d hoped for. Fingers crossed it?s an easy own for many years. And if I have questions or problems I?m comfortable stopping by the dealership.

Gettel Hyundai of Sarasota review
Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. Got quotes from 2 other dealerships within 60 miles and Gettel matched the lowest. Very easy transaction, friendly attentive service by Sam, Walter and finance manager Glen. The dealership was very busy but I was never neglected and constantly informed of the status of the sale. And because I had just topped off my Honda gas tank, they told me to return when the Kona is on empty and they would fill it up! Thanks again Sam,Walter and Glen! I will definitely recommend you!

Sarasota FordReviews
Sarasota Ford review
I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my car from Matthew at Sarasota Ford. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard and understood. Matthew Smith was refreshingly honest and straightforward; he told me exactly what I needed to know, always with my best interests in mind. In a world full of increasingly shady and malicious dealerships, it was so refreshing to experience Sarasota Ford’s no-nonsense, honest, and straightforward business approach. After selecting the car, the finance department was equally exceptional—attentive, warm, and guiding me step by step, ensuring transparency so I could make the best decision for my financial future. I can tell that the owner truly cares about his customer base, and Matthew was so caring that, when I pointed out a small smudge in the fabric, he took it back to the detailing section and personally ensured the stain was removed. The entire ecosystem of Sarasota Ford is a five-star dealership. No wonder, at the time I was there, I saw so many cars outside already sold. It’s clear this is a high-volume dealership, and yet, every customer still gets personalized care.if you’re looking for a team that truly cares, Matthew and everyone at Sarasota Ford are absolutely top-notch.

Honda of Sarasota review
I don’t normally write reviews but this is one time I feel it’s important. I met with Michael Malmsbury searching for a car for my daughter, and he immediately made me feel comfortable when he demonstrated his wealth of knowledge on the models I was interested in. Once we got down to the nitty gritty of putting the deal together he was on my side and worked tirelessly to help me!! I can’t thank him enough for his patience and personal support in making what is usually a difficult purchase a satisfying experience! If you like honesty, and quality customer care joined by a wealth of knowledge then when you are looking to purchase a Honda, ask for Michael, you won’t regret it!!

2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. Kim, my sales person, was a "Rock Star". This lady knows how to treat her customers & acts as a perfect liason between buyer & management. Honestly thought I was working with a manager until I asked her. She makes buying a vehicle fun, with her charisma, energy & expertise. My experience at Ferman of Wesley Chapel was a good one. I leased a new Jeep and Gheorghe took the time to explain how everything in it worked, from removing the doors and windows to the technology. He was awesome. He explained more about the vehicle than I had ever had anyone else do before and I have purchased a lot of new vehicles.

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tampa BayReviews
Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tampa Bay review
I had an outstanding service experience at CDJR of Tampa Bay on July 16, 2026, and I wanted to recognize the entire team for their professionalism and exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely courteous. My service advisor, Michael Martinez (I hope I have his name correct), set the tone for an exceptional visit. He greeted me warmly, clearly explained my service options, and even spotted a nail in one of my tires that I hadn't noticed. Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to my safety. I was also impressed by the dealership itself. The facility was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. Being able to actually see my vehicle while the technician explained the inspection findings and maintenance recommendations was incredibly helpful. That level of transparency built a great deal of confidence and trust. It's such an outstanding idea that I'll be recommending it to my home service center in Maryland. Thank you to Michael and the entire CDJR of Tampa Bay team for delivering a first-class experience. Even though I'm from Maryland, this visit left a lasting impression. If you're looking for honest, transparent, and customer-focused service, I highly recommend CDJR of Tampa Bay. Five stars! James Lanier

Subaru of Wesley ChapelReviews
Subaru of Wesley Chapel review
Best Car-Buying Experience in 35 Years! I recently purchased a 2026 Outback from Subaru of Wesley Chapel and traded in my 2022 Outback. I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I've had in more than 35 years. My sales representative, Todd Featherstone, made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, completely pressure-free. There were no sales tactics, no stress, no angst, and no feeling that I was being rushed into a decision. Todd took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The entire team at Subaru of Wesley Chapel created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Trading in my 2022 Outback and purchasing my new 2026 Outback was seamless and straightforward. I also want to give a special shout-out to the gentleman who handled all of the paperwork and financing. Too often, that part of the car-buying process can feel stressful or overwhelming, but he made it every bit as pleasant as the rest of the experience. Everything was explained clearly, the process was efficient, and there was absolutely no pressure. If you're looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and makes the buying process easy and enjoyable, I highly recommend Subaru of Wesley Chapel, and especially Todd Featherstone. This was, without question, the most amazing car-buying experience I've had in the last 35 years. Thank you, Todd, the finance team, and everyone at Subaru of Wesley Chapel for making the purchase of my new Outback such a positive and memorable experience!
