I did a lot of research prior to deciding on a Jeep and Carl Burger was best dealership. I drove up and I was greeted by Mary and it was a smooth transition from there. I told her exactly what I wanted and she wasted no time in making it happen. Side Note: I brought my 2 kids and the team was so great to them (offering them snacks/water) they have a tv section and a small kids play area. I had a wonderful experience and will be sure to recommend Mary Roberts any chance I get.

Only owned for 2 months so far. Only complaint so far is that the language on the dash changed to Italian on its own. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this Jeep. Changed it back easily enough but hope not to have this happen often.
I had a great salesperson who was helpful, direct, not pushy, and didn't waste my time. I had a positive car buying experience overall.

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
Mary was very helpful in guiding us in finding the right vehicle for us at a great price. We considered a lot of vehicles and she was patient while we explored the many options. Christian made sure wwe got the deal we were looking for. Everyone who worked with us was professional and courteous and we were in and out quickly.

The car does not have automatic windows nor does it have automatic locks. It is poor on gas. It has an antenna. It is horrible.

Like it. Very comfortable. Has features I didn't expect. Interior like a car, noticed no outside noises. Like the hard top. Like comfort of back seat and able to fold.
Had a wonderful experience with Mary! She was polite, understanding, and very informative. So satisfied with my experience at Carl Burger and escepcially Mary!! Above all, I love my new jeep cherokee!!

This Wrangler is awesome. It handles great and has plenty of get up and go. It is fun to drive and I know I'll get where I'm going whether its raining, sleeting, or snowing. Fantastic vehicle.
I am so glad I took it to Mitsubishi. It was going to cost me 400 for 2 new lights but was only charged 40.00 because they actually checked the one i already had and found they were still goid. They had juat been put in wrong in wrong. So..thank you so much service dept. And Monica for keeping me informed

Well built and finished vehicle. Has a rugged luxurious feel. Extremely good looking vehicle. Has exceeded all of our expectations in every category. Definitely recommend.
One day I was up on a hill I saw dull markings all across the top on both sides except in the middle. Manager said they were caused by the wind! Several other people confirmed the marks were made by a buffer including a paint shop so I stopped going to Mission Valley Honda. After two years my car developed a major problem so I went back to them and discovered there were all new people in the service department which made me very happy. The old ones always though I didn't know what I was talking about. My service person was Joseph De La Cruz. He was great. Very attentive, through and patient. He listened to all my concerns. He kept my car so he could order new parts and old parts could be removed so the car could be repaired the next day. He arrange for me to be taken home and picked up when my car was ready the next day. He made sure my car was ready in time since I needed the car. He is very knowledgeable and never gave me the run around. I highly recommend Joseph. He has restored my faith in Mission Valley Honda to take care of my 2004 Pilot!

This vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. Great gas mileage, much roomier inside than expected (I am 6'3"), has plenty of pep for a smaller engine, will be a great vehicle for commuting to work but versatile enough for running errands, taking trips or just going out for a fun drive. Completely satisfied!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Previous to my 2017 Rubicon I owned a 2010 Liberty. It was good off road but the Rubicon takes off road experience to a new level. This is a sophisticated machine. I am not a rock hopper so I don't see myself spending money on lift kits. I can tell you that I will spend a lot of time taking moderate trails and climbing so testy hills through out Southern New Mexico.
I came all the way from Birmingham, AL to purchase a Jaguar, the deal was unbelievable and so was the customer service!! I would definitely recommend these guys!!!

We bought a used Jeep Wrangler for my girlfriend, and she has had a smile on her face since that day. The only negative I can think of is the speaker system. It's a little underwhelming, but we plan on getting a custom system installed.
Ron, my service advisor is terrific. Goes above and beyond what is necessary and is always there to help with all my needs

We look at other makes and come back to Jeep. Has a nice ride, dependable, lots of safety features. Quick response when needed. Great in all kinds of weather.
If you want to get your own car, this is the place to go. I bought a mustang that is really cool.

I loved this Jeep when I bought it. But, the amount of repairs on it is beyond reasonable. I've had to completely replace the engine, now I have to have the transmission rebuilt. There's constant problems left and right. Stay away from this model. It's been more of a headache than a blessing to have this car. I've owned it for 7 years, 7 miserable years. Repair after repair.
Friendly, fast, and efficient! I highly recommend going to see these guys! Outstanding!

I love everything about this car. It's not overwhelming and its elegantly designed. It has the power I want and is very comfortable. The leather seats are beautiful and I feel classy driving this vehicle. I could not be happier. Also there are little fun things all over the place in the jeep. Like big foot is on the back window and a jeep is crawling up the side on the windshield. It seems like they had a lot of fun designing this vehicle.

Decent looking and comfortable. However, the driver’s side heated seat glitches, Bluetooth glitches and mutes itself, while driving it jerks when shifting (it’s an automatic), it feels like it’s running out of gas and is going to stall (has stalled twice), and after owning it one year, the check engine light is already on.
