Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.

Because it a great car because the car has 118k miles on it and its only 15,371 dollars and its used and works very well

From initial contact to set up an appointment to driving off the lot with a new Ridgeline just 3 hours later everyone was helpful, friendly and focused on our needs. Our salesman Richard was patient and covered even the small details well (like helping removing stickers from our old vehicle!).

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Sales staff were very helpful and polite. Their follow up calls and honesty should be a trend setter for other dealers to follow!

Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Convertible Bug from Gianna at Modern. Due to some family health emergencies my visits to the dealership were short and broken up. New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

Efficient and relaxing atmosphere. Very thorough and quick work by the service team. Also service representative did an outstanding job in his communication and explanations of the wrk done.

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

Just to let you guys know we’re very pleased with the F150 Larry. We got with 214. Everybody was so courteous and kind and helped us out to get this vehicle. I appreciate it very much. Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

Although I did not buy a subaru,I did buy another car they had on their lot and everyone was super helpful and professional. My sales rep, Kordian even answered my questions when he was off the clock!

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

Granite Subaru stands out in my already excellent experience with Subaru dealerships. Their entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This particular location has deep knowledge of my particular vehicle which is the rarer STI WRX variant. They have offered me the opportunity to trust in a dealership 100% and have never let me down which as a Subaru owner has been invaluable in my reliance on the brand. Could not possibly recommend you shop / seek service at this location more.

The only draw back is the location of the small battery for the keyless ignition. It’s located under the fuse box , very hard to access to replace . Gas milage that I get is 18 city 24 highway . Only 28 k in 6.5 years . When new I did get 27 highway and 20 city . Even if you fold up the back seat not alot of storage . Performance is outstanding . Back up camera is a big help .i had a 1993 wrangler , no comparison . Great winter and summer drive .

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

I got a 2017 Unlimited Sport S with 31k from Florida. Flew down to pick it up and drove it back to ATL after hiring a pre-purchase inspection and aligning on the issues found with the seller. It's a soft top manual transmission that's very fun to drive, my kids love it and are always asking to take the jeep. I've put around 2k on it and have not had any issues so far, but I'll update this review if they happen.

They did a good job. They also sent pictures as the mechanic did the inspection, showing the trouble spots.

I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

Bought the vehicle with 30,000 miles. Turned over 100,000 this week after four years. ZERO unplanned visits to the dealership. Just normal oil, filters, wipers. Since we tow a 3500-pound boat, decided to replace the brakes at 80,000 miles, turns out there was still plenty of material left. Infotainment screen developed minor delamination this spring. Was still working fine but decided to replace it anyway. Easy replacement job for $350 with YouTube help. Lowest maintenance vehicle we have ever owned.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.
