The Purchase process was made very easy between the sales department and finance department. The dealership has a good selection of inventory over other dealerships in the area. Before taking possession of your car they make sure you are comfortable with knowing everything about the car. The sales person was very informative and helped me set up certain options on the infotainment center. This is my second purchase from this dealership and the sales person is always knowledgeable about the line up of kia models and trim levels.

I have 84,000 miles. I don’t hit rod it. I keep it below 2500 rpm unless a must pass happens (rarely). Zero issues with transmission brakes electronics heat or AC. Overland model. It has been a wonderful rig with 19 to 25 mpg. I’m 64 and hoping this and my XJ are my last rides. Both rigs are exceptional. I had a scrambler and loved it, had to have the Gladiator and my 2020 has been far better than expected !

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

This is a.rock solid vehicle that defines “utility” better than all the rest. You have tons of ways to configure the vehicle every day. Open air roof, doors off, entire top off, pick-up truck uses, off roading, climbing, travel, snowshoeing, skiing, snow driving, trails and dirt roads, hiking, carry bed loads, trailering, ATVs, etc, etc, etc. No way to ever find it boring. Plus, the extra bonus of the culture, friendliness, the wave, jeep groups, and the way it promotes and nurtures getting outdoors and getting active. No issues. Alpine stereo is great. Nav is great. Heat is great. comfort great, carrying fun loads great, towing to 4K lbs great. No complaints.

I have been going there for a long time now and as youngish woman who’s not rich - I can tell you I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy! Scott had been my sales man and is great with his knowledge of the vehicles and explained how all the gadgets work and even went over and beyond for me! He communication is excellent and he is upfront and honest as it gets :) He work With my schedule and makes me feel at home while waiting on word from the bank. Scott always explained the paperwork and what it meant and why - which was so nice for him to take the time and do that with me. I have been to other dealerships years ago and most sales people Would Look at Me and see tomboy and think I’m not worth their time or effort and blow me off. Mike the financial guy was also great, he did his best for me & I know because I saw all the work he was doing and he explained things very well also. Especially with the extended warranty - Which is nice because some will just say “ call them yourself to see what’s covered on the vehicle “. They got me one that cover specifics that I needed for the future :) Lastly even when I would pop in to drop of papers or whatever reason- if Scott wasn't there, The other sales men still got my Questions answered and treated me very well. I would recommend anyone go there and they will have a better experience purchasing a vehicle then they have elsewhere and not feel ripped off …. Which we all know is nice - !! We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

Dave Taylor dealership was outstanding from day one. I personally dealt with David Smith, who is professional, courteous and understanding from the word go. From the moment I first met him on our test drive to the final signatures. He was awesome. My stepson was moving into college so we had a lot of things we had to work around at that time. We have a 2022 Wagoneer Series II rear-wheel drive. It's got nearly 47,000 miles on it now. We absolutely love it. "Silver Zenith" exterior and the two-tone black/Baltic salt interior. It is SO roomy and comfortable, and quiet! Ride quality is smooth as the suspension absorbs just about anything. The exhaust note has an amazingly deep note to it. We love this Wagoneer.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)

I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

Although we bought our car new in 2022 ( a 2023 Equinox) the excellent service didn't end on that day. We continue to drive the 100 miles for scheduled service.(oil change etc). We could find this service closer to home but we are sure the A++ service would not be the same. When we bought the car from "FUZZ"...and dealt with their finance dept. we were blown away by the personal attention to details and amazing personalities ....however, we've found the same excellent customer care in their service dept. and office personnel. It is such an unusual experience to find such PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE and so much attention to detail . It's almost unbelievable to find such perfection in a business these days. I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance.
