In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.
2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased my 2025 KIA K4 back in the end of March. All I can say is I love it. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The features are too many to mention and the leg room and comfort are unbeatable.

2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

I had the best car sales experience of my life here, it was easy, no pressure and positive. I found the car online, it was a cherry 2016 Mustang Eco-sport Premium, called to confirm it was still available and made an appointment to come see it in person. Craig Wick was an awesome salesman, very personable, super chill and knowledgeable; his office was full of music memorabilia and his desk itself looks like a piece of art. He took time to go over what I wanted, he even took the time to show me a music video and talk show clip based on our conversation. Craig let me drive the car on city streets and the highway, taking as long as I needed to feel comfortable. They gave me a fair, no-hassle price for a certified used car (that included the free CARFAX info) and didn’t try to talk me into buying lots of extras; they presented available options and answered all my questions. Craig used to restore Mustangs and let me know that the car color used to be known as Strawberry, now it’s called Ruby Red, but I love the Strawberry better and it was fun to learn about the historic information. Craig’s sales manager David Gallardo took the extra time to find me a better interest rate based on my credit because he felt there had to be a better rate for my excellent history. Then David spent nearly a full hour showing me how my car’s system worked, finished getting me set up (Craig helped get it started) and made sure everything was working correctly. They put a big bow on the car and take your picture with your new purchase, a nice touch! I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them without any reservations.
