This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. This is my 1st Hybrid. I like this car overall. I know it’s just a LX model, but I kinda wish it had a sunroof or moonroof. But it has Apple play, cruise control and it’s easy to function the radio and air conditioner while driving. I like the fact that I can hook my ApplePhone to the USB and I can automatically get Navigation.

When I first bought this car I needed to take it into a tire replacement place to have two new rear tires put on since it jumped all over the road at time. The cruise control has a mind of it's own and will not reset at the speed you set it at after breaking. I've almost completely lost power from the engine twice had to put it in neutral and pump the gas and after a time the engine kicked back in and it ran fine but when it did that the last time I was in the middle of a blizzard in Illinois and if it would have died WoW would I have been in trouble. Finally I went to open the rear passenger side door when I first got the car and the handle fell off the car I was on vacation at the time I was ablt to fit it back into it's place the dealership said Kie new of the problem but wouldn't fix it until they fell off the car? Well today 05-04-19 both passengers side door handles fell off in my hands have to take it back into the dealership on Tuesday to have them put new handles on the passenger side doors. You'd think that Kie would want this car to work perfectly? I do every time i take it into Bill Walsh Kie in Ottowa,Il.the mechanic's say they checked all of the above problems and why the power loss they haven't a clue or the fault in the cruise control either? Since new tires were put on the back the vehicle ride fine but wioth a car with less than 200 miles on it should you need new tires on the back end of it to make it track properly I don't think so. I love the gas mileage but am disgusted with these door handles falling off the vehicle looks like they attach them with pot metal or plastic whatever they are using they need to stop it and use a product where the handles stay on the car. I have own a lot of cars but this car has it's problems I half way think they need to replace the computer on this vehicle with the loss of power and the cruise control issue. If I ever get stranded Kie might just be hearing from my lawyers especially when I'm in the middle of a blizzard. Well there you have it Kie you need to engineer this car much better of fire those in charge of the design flaws in this car.....

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. After you get over the fact that you don't qualify for those deals, the staff will negotiate and you can get it fairly close to WOW price. This took some time but the staff worked with me and allowed my wife and I to decide on which vehicle was right for us. Ramon was very helpful and had vehicles ready too test drive before we arrived. Overall employees were helpful and friendly.

The Kia is a marvel of product design and engineering. I was doubtful that it would get the gas mileage shown on the sticker. I was right -- it exceeds the EPA estimates. Because it is a hybrid, it is not a "driving machine," so getting from zero to 60 takes is a little anemic. What it does, very nicely, is give you feedback on your driving style (economical, normal, and aggressive) and helps train you to drive for efficiency. The electronics are well designed and easy to use. I really like my Kia Niro.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

2019 KIA TOURING We LOVE this car!! We are in our 60's and absolutely love it! The safety features that are standard are mind blowing and we love the cruise control features along with the Driver Only button..it rides very smooth on the highway and its handling is over the top with he 18 inch wheels with Michelin tires as it takes corners like a dream..the accolades go on and on, seriously..A REAL 6 speed transmission?..its a hybrid, its got to have a CVT right?...NO a real trans...With a SPORT MODE that super powers the car and INSTANT throttle response! The navigation is PERFECT...the Hardon Kardon stereo is over the top and sounds AWESOME! ...seats are PERFECT! ...wish the passenger seat was power but that's ok..LOTS of room for EVERYONE in the car...rear seat room is unreal... We have leased 2 Camry's and we loved them BUT no wheres near the Niro...not even close!..we love the higher seat height also.. Seriously i could go on and on how great this car is but if your on the fence, go get one..you will LOVE it, haa!!

My father and I recently purchased two vehicles from Koons Kia in Woodbridge, VA. I was in the hunt for an upgrade to what I currently had and my father had been looking for months for a work vehicle. When we walked into Koons Kia, off the bat there was no sales pressure, or salesmen following us. We like to look around on our own first and then speak to someone about the questions we have. Matthew was who we worked with. He was extremely knowledgable and professional, again no pressure or pushing a car onto us. He listened to what our needs were and what we were looking for. With that, he was able to show us two prospects and we took them out on a test drive. While on the test drive he was able to explain to us what all the gadgets did/do. Again, his product knowledge was great and helped us understand what the car can or cannot do. Now to the part that no one likes, negotiation on price. We had a budget in mind and were firm to it. Matthew understood this and began crunching numbers to where we would feel comfortable (never easy). Instead of the whole constant back and forth, he went back once and brought the GM, Ali. Ali introduced himself and asked us how he could help to make us feel comfortable with the purchase of the two vehicles. We explained to Ali what we thought about both cars and where we stood. We chatted a little bit more about the cars and ourselves. It was nice to feel that we weren't being shoved something down our throat but to feel respected and that he was taking the time to know us. This lasted about 10-15 mins and then he asked to give him a few mins as him and Matthew walked back to his office. A few mins later they both came back and said "Congratulations!". We shook hands and Ali walked us over to financing, after that we were done! Both cars were outside detailed and ready to go. Again, both Ali and Matthew were outside to see us off, shook our hands and said thank you. Honestly, we couldn't thank them enough about the smooth process. As long as Ali and Matthew are at Koons Kia, I will be a customer for life. Thank you again to Ali and Matthew!!

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Owned two Kia Souls previously so the Niro is my third Kia. The Niro Is a great car, and an amazing hybrid. I considered the Toyota Prius but from any angle, it’s just butt ugly. It’s hard to think of the Niro as an “SUV”. Think of it as a large hatchback. On my third tank of gas. First one averaged 55.7mpg and the second was 54.4. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the lack of blind spot monitoring on the LX. Not even available as an option. My LX has the Tech package with Forward Collision Auto Braking, Lane Departure and Smart Cruise. Why not throw Blind Spot Monitoring in too? All in all though, I would(and have) recommend the Niro.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love everything about this car, except maybe that the engine has to be on to get heat. But usually the heated seats and steering wheel do the job effectively. Everything has a purpose and it is very well thought out. It is costing me about .01 cent per km to drive.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Rides great and great gas mileage. It has enough power for me. I just really like the way it drives. The 10 year 100000 mile warranty is great.
