2025 Kia Niro review
Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!

I have been driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla since high school which was a hand me down. When it finally gave out after more than a decade, I knew I would be in the market for a car. I wanted a car with the best gas mileage and the latest technology. This was my first time buying a car and I want to several dealerships, all with mixed results. At one, a salesperson kept changing the prices of vehicles and was not transparent about pricing at all. At another, the rep couldn't explain the difference between the features between trims. Several others spent more time pushing add-ons than listening to what I actually wanted and needed. Each visit left me more frustrated and more skeptical. Debbie Leung at AutoNation made a huge difference in my experience as a buyer. From the start she asked the right questions that narrowed my complex search down to the Corolla and the Camry. She listened, she understood, and she got to work. Within a day, she had found me the exact 2026 Camry with every feature on my list including the white color way. No compromises and no pressure. What surprised me most was her product knowledge. Every other dealership I visited seemed uncertain about their own inventory — trim differences, included features, package contents. Debbie knew every car on the lot like the back of her hand. She answered every question I had without hesitation and made me feel genuinely informed, not overwhelmed. On top of that, she had the best price of everywhere I'd checked within a 200 mile radius of Austin. Just a straightforward, honest deal. The price she quoted me was the price I paid. I regret wasting my time with other dealerships, I could have saved hours of time and headaches if I had met Debbie first. For a first-time buyer with no frame of reference for what a good car buying experience looks like, Debbie made it exactly that. She turned a very stressful process into something I'd genuinely recommend to anyone. From door to test drive to sale, she crushed it. 2023 Kia Niro review
This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

2023 Kia Niro review
Kia Niro EX Touring, 2023. About one year since purchase. Can't beat the gas mileage! About 54-55 MPG. Love the interior seat material. Comfortable and easy to clean. No issues whatsoever. Performance is good, with nice acceleration. Smooth drive. Trying to think of cons.... Overpriced. Should be $4Kish less. Shiny parts of console and dash show dust too easily. It would be nice to have a bit more cargo space, but that was known when I bought it. Occasionally the seat belt notification sounds off erroneously, but I don't know why.

Overall the dealership was good they do have a little issue with communication. There were a few times I replied to the salesman‘s email, but he never replied back. One of them was price of the vehicle. He said he was going to talk to his manager but he never replied back. There was also another time where I was going to come down and test drive the vehicle, but he never replied back, so I took that as he didn’t mind me coming down. I ended up buying the vehicle despite some of the body imperfections on the car that the dealership should have mentioned. Despite that the car is in great shape and runs extremely well!
2023 Kia Niro review
I've had this car since 2023, and I've put almost 35k miles on it thus far. I've maintained it by manual specifications and have had no issues with how the car performs. The only issue I've had that was semi-irritating was the Android Auto/Carplay would cut out on me but I finally got a dealership to replace a faulty USB port and have had zero issues since! I get great milage and have no complaints as of today.

2024 Kia Niro review
I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

2019 Kia Niro review
MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

2021 Kia Niro review
I bought the 2021 Niro Touring SE in Solar Orange about a month ago. So far I am absolutely LOVING it. I have already driven on 4 mini-road trips (2-3 hours highway each way) and average ~42 MPG. I am averaging closer to 48mpg in the city. It is so comfortable, has tons of safety features, just enough storage space and very roomy for passengers. I personally love the bright orange paint color, it stands out and the black leather interior has matching orange accents for a sporty and fun look. I just smile every time I get in it. It may not be the fastest car on the road, but in "sport mode" it really gets up to speed quickly and I don't feel unsafe competing for space on the highway or boosting my speed quickly to out of a bad situation. I love this car so much so far, feel I got a great deal compared to cars of similar age/mileage, and am absolutely loving the 40+ mpg with all the driving I do. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a Niro :-)

2023 Kia Niro review
2023 Niro SX HEV is my 2nd Niro. I purchased this a a Certified Pre-owned car with 14,400 miles on it. It now has 22,000 trouble free miles. The CPO warranty is the same as new car warranty. I appreciate the size, utility, comfort and fuel economy (52 mpg ave with 90% of miles in city). My 1st Niro was a 2019 PHEV which I was very happy with. It had two electrical issues, both were covered under warranty with no problem. I traded up to the 2nd generation Niro for the increased room and improved comfort over the 1st generation. I didn't get a PHEV the 2nd time around because I don't put many miles on the car and financially it made more sense to get the HEV rather than the PHEV after the Fed tax credit expired. Very happy with both Niros and recommend them for anyone wanting a comfortable, well equipped hybrid or PHEV.
