I wanted to buy my first car at Fitzgerald auto mall used car outlet and I was greeted by Phillip Velgos! I was absolutely blown away by how fast, cooperative, and kind he was in getting me my first car! I pointed out the car and he wasted no time in getting me on a test drive and he was very patient and calm with me as I had not driven in a long while before that moment. It was 5 minutes until closing time and he was again kind enough to start the paperwork and ended up working late so that I could fully buy the car, it was an hour past his work hours that we had finished finalizing everything for the car and there I was good to go, all in all I would give him a five star review! He was someone you could relate to and someone who could relate to you, he helped me get a cheaper deal and helped me out with any questions that I had, about a month later the car is in great shape and works just fine, I would definitely come here again for another good experience in regards to buying a car. Thank you Phillip Velgos and his team for your time!!

2021 Kia Sorento review
THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Bill was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable about the model I ultimately purchased. I started the process on line and he sent me a video introducing himself and the car. I made an appt and he had the car ready for me to test drive. Purchase process was respectful and very quick. I am a repeat Sorrento buyer and went with the EV model. My previous Sorrento was 10 years old with no bells or whistles. Bill took the time to explain the EV and gas motors and how they work and all the things that can be done using the technology. I recommend this dealership and Bill. If I could rate 10 stars I would!!!
2021 Kia Sorento review
I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.
