I showed up and was greeted by Robert Jefferson, who was only on his third day at the dealership, but you’d never know it. I asked to see a specific vehicle, and he had it pulled up and ready for me right away. Any information I requested, he found quickly, and he even got the manager’s approval for me to take it for a blast on the freeway. Robert was easy to work with, never pushed any sales tactics, and didn’t try any of the usual “4‑square” nonsense. I came in strictly to negotiate an OTD price (as you all should), and he respected that. We got the numbers almost exactly where I wanted them, and he moved me over to the finance manager to wrap things up without any delays. From the moment I arrived to the moment I drove off in my new vehicle, the whole process took maybe 2 hours. Fast, smooth, and exactly how I like it. Robert is a super cool guy, and if I’m ever in the market for another Ford, Citrus Motors will be my first stop.

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

2023 Kia Sorento review
The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! 2023 Kia Sorento review
I really love this SUV. I love the look and feel of it. I got this vehicle last February and am still figuring out all the things it can do. Love the warranty! The seats are a just a tad bit hard.

2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV
