Wasn't really looking to buy was just curious. Well they came up with a bottom line I couldn't pass up. No pressure to buy and they made it really easy. Only thing was the long wait for finance because of the number of people that were buying vehicles.
Everything regarding the sale was great except for the financial documents which took over three hours to sign a contract. Javier called a number of times for IT to get the system going. Both Eric n Javier provided excellent service
Service was the usual, exceptional. Used car I bought was clean inside, exterior in v.g. shape the MGR, Mr. Ashley, was courteous and knowledgeable and took care to explain the features of the vehicle.. I helped my son in buying the car, I presenntly lease a Cadenza from this Bev Smith location.
I am dealing with a Mr. David Penata, who is excellent with customer relations and a credit to your organization. He has been trained by the Johanson Company to be creative with ideas to overcome some of the problems we have experienced, and I am pleased to say that because of this he will be the individual that will possibly be closing the sale of a new automobile to this customer. The folks at Gilbert Ford were awesome. Bobby was very helpful and didn’t try to push me into anything. He listened to what it was I was looking for and showed me vehicles that matched what I wanted. They got me into the perfect vehicle at a great price. From Erik who appraised my trade to the guys in finance, all the way up to Lee the manager, the entire staff was friendly and took the stress out of car buying!
