Rudolph Honda review
Our family have been customers of Rudolph Honda for the past seventeen years. We have bought several cars from Rudolph and part of the reasons of buying from Rudolph is their excellent service department. For instance, Mr. Willie Garcia, the service advisor, and Chris Denison, the Honda specialist technician have been providing numerous repairs and maintenance services to our 2014 Odyssey van in the past twelve months. We are much obliged to their skilled and trustworthy services. Hats off to Rudolph!!
2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I would like to thank Sebastian Moncayo, Service Advisor, at VIva Nissan as well as Anisa who helped me schedule my recall service. Matthew and his helper came to my home to pick up my 2023 Rogue because I am pretty much homebound these days except for going to medical appointments. Now my recall has been checked, my oil has been changed, I have a new filter, and everything has been evaluated. I can't thank all of you enough! I appreciate your kindness and your special care for me today. I would recommend Viva Nissan to anyone. Thank you so much! Jan Palmer

My overall experience was satisfactory our advisor Joseph Melendez kept us inform while my vehicle was being serviced. The only issue I had was picking up my vehicle I had to wait to be cashed out Joseph Melendez asked Drew Montenasco if he could cash me out he was attending another customer and he refused to. I waited at least 20 minutes before someone else was able to do it.

This dealership has the new car experience down pat! I was handled with kit gloves from the beginning! John Springfield assured I would get the best possible deal. He directed me to an experienced sales professional, Gregory Dungy, to view the vehicle of my liking. I have never had so much fun buying a car! Gregory listened to what I was looking for and showed me several choices. Once I chose what I wanted, he educated me on the vehicle, took his time to set up the technology, and made sure I knew how to use it before I drove off the lot with my new vehicle. The experience was so positive! I would highly recommend this dealership and their team of expertise to all. What a wonderful, professional, and positive journey!!!!

2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. He has been working there a long time and is perfect at his job. He has integrity and that is the best trait in a sales rep. Very helpful and has a wonderful personality even if he was stressed.
2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Forthright AutoReviews
Forthright Auto review
I was looking to buy a Truck that I liked from their inventory. They were willing to help me as other dealerships that I had been in contact were giving me a difficult time because of my credit score! It was a voluntary REPO.! I was helping my cousin Marty, a Purple Heart Veteran. He had bought a car because he needed another car. To help me build my credit, I co-signed on the car. My cousin had a heart attack and passed away! I wasn't working at the time so I returned the vehicle. So Forthright was trying to sell me a car. But I was contacted by another dealership and purchased a vehicle from them. So even though I didn't buy from forthright, I thank them because they were giving me a second chance to buy! In the future, I will try buying from Forthright.

2020 Kia Soul review
On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

Drive N-Motion New Mexico review
What a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the office, until I drove off the lot in my new car, my experience was superior. Seph was very professional and welcoming. The whole process was so easy and seamless, and the financing was fast and fair. I highly recommend DriveNMotion to anyone who wants a fun and fearless car buying experience!
2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

CarMax Albuquerque review
I have bought 2 cars from the Car-max in Albuquerque, NM. I have had a great experience both purchases and would highly recommend anyone shopping there. I appreciate the extra effort the manager made when my license would not scan because my dog got a hold of it. Thank you Car-manx
2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.
