2026 Kia Sportage review
2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

2017 Kia Sportage review
My 2017 has 38,000 miles on it and not one service call, other than normal maintenance. It's one of the quietest cars I've driven, including some newer and the ride is outstanding. The 2.4 engine deliver and amazing amount of power when you need it and highways speeds are quiet and comfortable. Admittedly, I'm a Kia fan boy, mostly due to this car. I would always recommend a Kia product

2023 Kia Sportage review
after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. 2026 Kia Sportage review
Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

2017 Kia Sportage review
I love my Kia Sportage. Now my oil light is coming on, have been through a couple of recalls one being it catching on fire. Now I'm just wondering what's happening with this oil light coming on. I have to take it to Kia to see what's going on. I have 144,000 miles on it now. Hopefully this is a easy fix. My husband thinks it's the oil sensor.

CarMax Sample Rd (Pompano Beach) review
On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

29mpg city driving...lane keeping and following is great, nice having a spare tire, touch screen is great. camera system is great...traded a 2015 300h Lexus, this car is as good.

Horsepower and torque for the SX are unparalleled. The pano sunroof, ventilated seats and automatic rear view mirror button make this feel more entry-level luxury. The Subaru XT fails to match. Ride height distinguishes it from competitors and it is a smooth, thrusty-peppy, non-CVT vehicle! A rarity in this affordable class.

2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

This vehicle runs and handles beautifully. Easy to maneuver the engine runs smooth and great on fuel .. Find looking as well . if you are looking for a medium SUV this one is just right . I usually have a hard time climbing into the average SUV but as a female I found it to be easy to hop in and out . Great vehicle ..
