Willowbrook Ford Kia review
Willowbrook Kia is a great place to purchase cars at. Very kind employees and nice to work with. Anthony helped us and made the car buying hassle free.
2024 Kia Sportage review
I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

McGrath Honda in Elgin review
My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot. I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. Just ask for Alex Valdez and he will work hard to find you what you want!

Napleton Palatine HyundaiReviews
Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

2024 Kia Sportage review
Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

2023 Kia Sportage review
after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

Acura Highland Park review
We had a number of folks help us at your dealership. - Andres, Carlos, Brendan, Angelo, Christian, Ruben. We appreciate everyone who helped to make this a smooth purchase. My son was very pleased with the Honda Civic and I know he has a reliable vehicle. I'm sure I'll be visiting your dealership again for future purchases. Thank you again!

2026 Kia Sportage review
My car only has 700 miles on it. The interior is cheap & all black. It could ride better. It’s the standard engine & very peppy & fun to drive.

CarMax KnoxvilleReviews
CarMax Knoxville review
Most professional group of people I have ever worked with ! Financing was awesome, fast and efficient . I have never bought from a dealership that had me in and out within 2 hours. No Pressure ! No Hassle ! I was VERY impressed with my experience today . I am even more impressed with the GREAT deal I got on the Dodge Ram truck I drove off the lot with . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle and I will be back in the future . Pay no attention to some of the petty reviews written here and I noticed there are a few . Go down use some common business sense ,do your research before you buy , and you will find Car Max has it all !

Charles Butts was excellent! My daughter bought her first car and it was a smooth and relatively quick process. We found the car in the website and purchased the next day.
2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .
