Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I recently worked with S. Snyder and W. Rejouis on my purchase and financing respectively. After ~2 months I can securely say I left with an excellent car bought on reasonable terms. The process is never perfect, but I do want to offer some tips based on my experience: > ask up front if the vehicle is actually Certified Pre-Owned, or just listed as such > if you see any lights, look up what they actually mean and ask the dealer for the specific fix, not just "can you do something"

I have to come back and provide an update. When the Actual General Manager, Sam heard my story he called me and immediately went into action. He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

After contacting numerous dealerships we decided to go with Toyota of Deerfield. Because of our investment I did a lot of research so I would get the best deal with our limited budget and my wife and I did. We leased a new Toyota Corolla for 3 years, and to say that Andres and Diego were patient is an understatement. I must have asked 100 questions and we didn't leave until 45 minutes past closing(maybe when we come back they will run from us). They were understanding and knowing I came with information and answers they were honest and negotiated in good faith. I would not hesitate to recommend them to future customers. Hopefully when we need service, my feelings will be the same! My suggestion to people is because it's your hard earned money do your research so you will be better prepared to make a good deal, regardless of where you go. You don't want someone like the Honda manager telling you that the Honda dealership in another area said they could do better was just to get you in(badmouthing). Didn't happen here with these 2 professionals!

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. We are thankful for KIa and the dealership we dealt with.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

Ryan Schilt (our sales advisor) was phenomenal. My wife is a difficult customer, as it is hard for her to make a final decision on just about anything, especially a large purchase. Ryan truly spent about 15 hours with us, from start to finish (over 3 or 4 visits to your beautiful showroom). We live in Boca, thus we have closer BMW dealerships, however, none could possibly be as good as your dealership is/was. We visited a more local dealership before going to yours and the experience was not over the top, as your dealership is/was. I told Ryan he is a rising star at your dealership and I meant it. He knows how to deal with people well, he goes above and beyond what is required and I truly admire him for that. Ryan, thank you VERY MUCH - you are going to be star one day at Holman (BMW of FLL). Btw, Holman is a car dealership with over 50 locations across several high end vehicle brands. Holman started over 100 years ago and is currently in it's 3rd generation of family ownership. A wonderful, beautiful car dealership (to say the least). Everyone who works at Holman is a special person and will treat you right, from start to finish. A++ for Holman and all of it's employees. Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.
