2012 Kia Sorento review
We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline, within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good, and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

Hugh White Honda review
First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

2017 Kia Forte review
I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2016 Kia Sportage review
I purchased one four months ago. Mixed opinions. It was a great deal that I couldn´t pass on it. 128K miles but with new engine just 11K miles old for $3,500. It is a gasoline 2.4 liter. Why the engine was changed? Because of oil leak. But because of that I have no oil problems so far, but I am aware that people complain about oil issues. Other than that, interior space may be small, particularly if you are mid to big size. I am a short guy, and I have to bend a little my head to get in and out. Cargo space is less than what you can expect. And as others remark, visibility is also an issue, windows too high, wide blind spots, lateral windows tint at night... But on the right hand, this thing is powerful and easy to drive and maneuver. It runs smooth, transmission is smooth... no issues about the driving experience. You feel good driving it. Not excellent on gas, but fair enough. So it depends on your circumstances and expectances.

2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

2008 Kia Rondo review
I've had this car since 2009, it now has a little over 121,000 miles. Other than routine and expected repairs and maintenance it has been problem free. It still looks great with the exception of a ding on both front doors thanks to other people and a scraped back bumper that I did. It has been a great and very reliable car and I am keeping it until it dies!

2013 Kia Sorento review
I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

Bexley Motorcar Co. review
It was so easy to get a car, something I could afford and not a junker. It's been years since I could afford to do this and I'm very happy with the choice and the ease of financing. Thank you and I highly recommend this dealership. Akom was the best.
2016 Kia Soul review
Good gas mileage definitely a keeper especially when gas prices are high. Smooth suspension plenty of engine performance. Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation. Reliable, very nice quality and holds it's value well.

Car Source review
Car Source David Gurevitz Oct 13, 2025 “ This is the 2nd car I bought from Alonzo at Car Source. I found him to be one of the best. As the same as the last time, I told him what I was looking for and a few days later he found it. In the past, I have tried this with numerous other car lots. And needless to say, have never been successful. Alonzo always comes through. He's very professional, but also honest and down to earth. Thank you for being my "go to guy". I appreciate you...
2013 Kia Optima review
I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

Car Source review
Car source has a topknots Car Lot to do business with very professional and very helpful. The gentleman that helped me his name is Alonso man I’ll tell you why he really put in some very good work for me to be able to get me in the car, I was wondering. I really appreciate him a lot. I highly recommend this Car Lot and if you go there ask for Alonso.
2015 Kia Sportage review
Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

The Auto LoftReviews
The Auto Loft review
I had an amazing experience at Auto Loft! The whole process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. The team was very professional and I worked with Hassan & he made sure I found the perfect car for me. I ended up purchasing a Honda Civic, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The car was in great condition, priced fairly, and exactly what I was looking for. They answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me at all, and made the buying process quick and easy. If you’re looking for a reliable vehicle and great customer service, I highly recommend Auto Loft. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Twins Buick GMC review
My experience with my car Salseman/ Mr Duane Carter was exceptional. I was having anxiety prior to going into the dealership. Mr. Carter and his team were very professional and I was not sitting in the dealership all day. I will recommend Twins Buick and Duane Carter to all my family and friends. Thank you for your experience and professionalism.
2012 Kia Optima review
I’ve owned a 2012 Kia Optima EX GDi 2.4L engine. Hands down, best car I have ever driven! After 8 years of daily driving and 135,000 miles later, she still handles like the day I drove her off the dealership lot. Very comfortable leather interior, that even though is years old, has not one crack or tear! Shifts smoothly, brakes smoothly and still has some get up and go when I put my foot down. Very safe car- Prior to this I owned an ‘11 Optima EX that I got into an accident in. The side and front airbags left me unscathed! All in all, I’m glad I went with Kia. You can never go wrong with that Kia reliability!

2012 Kia Sorento review
I've had this car for five years and only had to replace starter. However I now have engine issues it stalled on me driving on highway luckily I cruised down off ramp and had to use all muscle for power steering and brakes that went out to a parking lot on access road.

2015 Kia Optima review
There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

2015 Kia Optima review
I've had my Optima for nearly a year now and nothing bad has happened so far, in 10 months I've put on 13,000 miles; from 74,000-87,000 miles and I haven't experienced a single issue. It looks good, runs reliably, and is comfortable on long drives. However, I feel that the acceleration is a little slow but hey, I'm 19, every teenager wants fast, but I'm really happy with my Optima and I definitely recommend it!
