I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. Our salesman Dalip, was friendly and helpful, the purchase process was smooth and streamlined ! Took the vehicle home on Friday , we noticed an oil leak under the car where the oil filter is! Called Dalip who advised to bring it in on Monday , at Hertz I met salesman Richard, who advised that the on site technician will take a look , he advised that the gasket for the oil filter was loose which led to the leak. Richard advised that the technician did fix it and drove test the vehicle and no more leaks! So far so good no more oil spots on my driveway ! I hope it stays leak free since my wife love that car.

I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.
