2020 Kia Sorento review
6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

2021 Kia Sorento review
THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Romeo Kia review
I used to be a sales person for more than 3 years. Even with everything I know, I'm still not a fan of purchasing cars. With that said, Michael Agar was very knowledgeable with his products and made the procedure very easy (made me wonder if it was just my dealership that made things so time consuming). I wasn't there for too long, everything was presented clear and easy to understand. Jakob DiNonno was the Business Manager who took care of everything else. Very professional and great to deal with. I met with the Manager (i believe was Joe) who wanted to make sure Michael and everyone at the Romeo dealer took care of me which they did. Thank you for your assistance with my purchase and hope to see you all soon!
2024 Kia Telluride review
Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Kia review
I had a great experience with Dutchess Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made the process feel pressured or rushed. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. The inventory was solid, with a good selection of new and used vehicles, and everything I looked at was clean and well-maintained. The sales team was transparent about pricing and financing options, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was the customer service. Communication was clear, and they followed up without being pushy. Even after the purchase, they made sure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with my vehicle. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Dutchess Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Kia if you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team that treats you with respect!

2024 Kia Telluride review
It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

I had an amazing experience at Romeo Volkswagen! I recently purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. A huge thank you to my sales rep, Jim Parker, who made everything so easy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy—making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. What really stood out was how incredibly toddler-friendly the team was. They went out of their way to keep my daughter entertained during the process, which made such a difference for me as a mom. It’s not something you find everywhere, and it truly meant a lot. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about their customers (and their little ones!), I highly recommend Romeo Volkswagen!

Super happy! Bought a 2025 Jeep Gladiator from Dutchess last week and this dealership did everything they could to get me in the exact vehicle I set me mind on and they were absolutely successful in doing so. Thank you Dutchess team and enjoy your Holidays!

Great service. Great new location. No noisy highway traffic. The 4 lower upholstered 4 chairs were very popular.
2022 Kia Telluride review
If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

Route 9 MazdaReviews
Route 9 Mazda review
My wife and I drove on the lot of Rt 9 Mazda and started looking at the inventory of the Mazda CX-5's, our car of interest. Very shortly, we were greeted by Dan Santiago. He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. I would highly recommend the car and the dealership.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

I had such a smooth and positive experience with the entire team! Brittni, Saned, and Jaime were all incredibly helpful and answered every one of my questions with genuine care and top-notch customer service. I ended up driving five hours to pick up my car even though they offered a great rate for shipping. Saned, my salesperson, was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to meet in person. Jaime worked hard to find me a great financing rate and made that part of the process just as seamless. I truly appreciated how easy everything felt from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them—this team really goes above and beyond!

Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

2024 Kia EV6 review
I own a 2024 EV6 Wind AWD (traded in a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited) and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. And it can go 0-60mph in under 4½ seconds, which is on a par with some of my dream cars (Ferrari and Lamborghini from a few decades ago). Charging at home with a $150 charger that plugs into a regular power outlet is quick and adds power to the battery as I sleep. I have a YouTube channel where I post occasional videos, showing what it’s like to own an electric car in your silver-haired years. If you have questions, drop by and ask away.

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
First brand new car I’ve ever bought. Love it so far. Fairly quick when it needs to be, just don’t hammer it down if not needed. Love the screen and controls. Gas mileage is amazing. Overall happy. Only complaint is the third row is definitely for smaller kids. My two tennage boys despise getting back there. Not a ton of space if third row is up, but set it down and there is plenty! Enjoy

2022 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid review
Purchased the 2022 Kia Sorento Phev Prestige 3 weeks ago & couldn't be happier. This vehicle is a dream to drive. It handles with the ease & control of a luxury sedan, but with the added benefit of a roomy cabin that makes your trip, short or long a comfortable driving experience. We’re all looking to get more bang for our buck these days, and although the initial sticker price mark-up may present a bit of an initial shock, (what vehicle new or used, doesn’t do that these days) I enjoy the peace of mind that most of my daily trips throughout the week allow me to mission accomplish without using an ounce of petro; and yet, if the need arises, I have the added assurance that it’s available without a hiccup, by delivering the power we expect it to have. In my opinion, for those reasons & more, it has to be one of the best plug-in SUV’S on the road. The federal credit isn’t a bad deal either,

I had a great experience working with Gerry and the team that supports him. My wife and I were looking for specific things in a vehicle and Gerry Gave us very good advice to help us make an even better decision. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything, and even though this dealership is a little far away from where we live, it was well worth it.
2024 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
We purchased the SX Prestige and it's a very well appointed vehicle. It is very comfortable for adults in the first two rows of seats and the third row is comfortable for the grandkids. It drives like a dream and has just about every safety system you could imagine which was daunting for my wife at first but she has a handle on it all now. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfortable ride. The exterior is very stylish and doesn't have that minivan look at all nor does it look like most of the mid size SUVs. The warranty is excellent which should give you an additional sense of security as far as long term issues with the major systems. Overall this is one of the nicest vehicles we have owned and we have owned the higher priced competitors of the same style and size. It is at a fair price point for what you get but my suggestion is to purchase the prestige package as it's only a few thousand more and the difference is pretty significant. As of yet I see no drawbacks to this vehicle and am glad that I took a look at KIA.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)

2018 Kia Stinger review
Car is a 2018 Stinger GT2. Beautiful exterior. People stop and tell me how sharp the Stinger looks. Great fun to drive. Decent gas mileage (21 mpg around town & 28 mpg on the road). Michelin tires started to have pieces break of at 21000 miles even though lots of tread left. Very expensive.
