Tears of Joy!!! Their service dept is the best "y'all better get you a Mazda" The service here is over the top honestly. I paid for my repairs over the phone and the car is being dropped off in my driveway!! As a single mom of two small children who works from home.... this is an amazing blessing. I will brag about their service for a long time and never buy another brand.

I had a great experience at Bob Thomas Ford. I found the staff to be curtious and helpful. At no point did I feel any pressure. They let my wife and I check out the vehicle we were interested in with nothing more than a "let me know if you have any questions" and "what did you think?" at the end. I found the entire experience pretty laid back and easy.

Drove in from Michigan because of the deal. Was dealt with fairly and overall happy. It is not a new car dealer so not quite the red carpet treatment but I didn’t expect that here and it was close anyway. The deal I got was thousands less than anywhere else and the car is great, isn’t that what really matters! I dealt with Ryan not Dave for sale and someone different for finance, but the auto fill options on the review website are incorrect. Both were helpful though.

My 10,000 mile service appointment went beautifully. Each member of the service team was polite and professional. And Adam Leykauf, my car salesman, remembered me and made it a point to stop by the super clean waiting area to ask how things were going with me and my Jetta! It doesn’t get any better than that.

Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln North review
My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. Jim Klein a salesman came out to greet us and show us the truck. We ended up purchasing the truck and trading in our F150 and Honda Accord. They gave us a great deal, we’re not pushy and followed through on everything. We would recommend Bob Thomas North and especially Jim Klein.

Big City Cars review
One of the best dealership experiences I’ve had in Fort Wayne. The atmosphere was relaxed, professional, and completely no pressure from the moment I walked in. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping instead of pushing a sale. The showroom and inventory were clean and well organized, communication was straightforward, and the entire process felt transparent and stress free. If you’re looking for a trustworthy car dealership with excellent customer service, a great selection of vehicles, and an easygoing buying experience, this place absolutely stands out.

Had such a great experience! Didn’t know what I was doing since I’ve never bought a car before. My sales person and the manager they had on the shift gave me all the information I could have ever needed and answered questions I didn’t even think to ask. Thank you David for your hard work and having the patience for me!!! :)

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

Haggerty Ford review
Recently visited Haggerty Ford for a routine oil change and post-winter checkup. Activity was completed on time and service department even washed the car for me. John explained the results of my checkup and reduced margin for rear brakes. All was good.
