Although buying a new car is exciting, the actual purchase can be a long drawn out affair. The folks at Wells, especially our sales rep Mike Poole, helped to make the process as easy as possible. The customer service at that dealership is excellent and I highly recommend them.
This is our 4th time buying/leasing from Wells. They are, by far, the nicest people to deal with. Kathy has been our salesperson for all of our vehicles. She is easy to contact, and so quick in her responses. And Jeff, in Finance is so knowledgeable and helpful. We did everything via text and email. Walked in to sign papers and were done in less than 30 min. I highly recommend them!

I just recently lost my husband and I was an emotional mess. I stopped by thinking I was going to be turned down for anything. I was so wrong. I can't begin to explain how well I was treated. One of the biggest reasons I went back to this Kia Dealer was because of the salesman. Martin Rhodes walked me thru the whole process and listened to ALL my concerns. I didn't feel like I was just another number being pushed into something I didn't want. All the people at the this dealership were really considerate and extremely helpful. I really appreciate dealing with people like this. Martin has since called me just to make sure that I was okay with my purchase.

Marty Rhodes is experienced and helped us determine what we could afford. We were in a lease situation in a Camry and needed out, due to mileage. We hoped to get another Toyota, either a Camry or Corolla. First at Toyota, we were told by a new salesman (Paul) to drive the current car 6 more months and get more income before returning. Without giving all the details, we were frustrated, and went down the street to Alan Jay Kia.
Marty spent several hours with us. He also requested a color of Kia for us that they didn't have that day. We appreciated the attention and care he gave. Experience does matter. He also gave us advice, having been a finance manager position in another car dealership years before. He is good at establishing rapport. He explains to customers that the customer, the salesman, and bank are pieces of a puzzle and it all has to work together for each person.
Martin sold us our 2012 KIA and we felt that we were in very good hands when he sold us our new 2018 Sorento. Martin's manner makes him an excellent salesman, and he was extremely good at demonstrating all the "bells and whistles" on our new car. He is very easy to deal with and never pressures his clients.
I shopped online through various dealers in three counties. I emailed a request for assistance on three different vehicles through three separate dealerships, Wells was the only company to email me back. All my interaction was via email, credit approval and financing. All I had to do was show up and sign the contract. About 30 minutes in/out the door. The easiest car I ever bought.
I have delt with Tom in the past to purchase several vehicles. The experience overall was a real pleasure. I have known Tom for many years and tell everyone I know, if someone needs a car, Tom is the one to talk to. I consider Tom to be a close friend and we talk to each other all the time. My new purchase was a joy and he exceeded my expectations and made my payments even lower than I expected. Tom is a real credit to his professsion and to Bill Owens Auto Sales.
