The customer service was great. My salesperson Billy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process go smoothly.
2023 Kia Niro review
This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

Morgan Automotive Inc.Reviews
Morgan Automotive Inc. review
What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. PLEASE don’t miss the opportunity to buy a car from this group, you will not be disappointed.

Nucar Chevrolet gave me a completely satisfying experience when I purchased my new 2019 Silverado High Country. The dealership offered a wide selection of trucks -- in a variety of colors and trim packages. As an out of state customer, the dealership worked together as a team to put together an attractive cash purchase for me. Great communication, and extremely friendly service! I am very happy with my purchase, and would definitely shop at Nucar for a future auto purchase.

2021 Kia Telluride review
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

An absolutely excellent experience purchasing from Mannheim Imports. We found the car we wanted online and contacted Mannheim to arrange a test drive, Greg came in on his day off. No pressure, no attempt to upsell like so many other dealers. The whole experience was smooth and efficient.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I just by chance just got connected to Hernan Diaz- Egg, H for short, for the purposes of driving a 26 Q5. We set up an appointment. I liked the way the Q5 handledd but the exterior color was not my favorite. H is very professional and does not pressure you and he states "my job is to find you car that YOU want and not one that I want to sell you". He spent hours showing us various colors that were available and those at the port in Baltimore, but nothing got me excited. His patience is incredible and he did not give up in trying to match us up with the right car. I ended up purchasing a '26 SQ5 in Daytona Gray which he mentioned that was available. H is tuly a great person too and I consider him a friend who I have all my faith in. Contact if you are considering an Audi; you won't be sorry.
2023 Kia Telluride review
This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle, and the team at KIA of Wilmington was PERFECT! Not only was the vibe of the store friendly, welcoming, and pressure free, everyone on staff from servicing, to sales, to financing knew all of the ins and outs, were more than happy to answer all of my (sometimes obvious) questions without judgement and clearly, and really made my first real purchasing experience a great one. I can't recommend them enough!

2024 Kia Telluride review
It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

I’ve had my car serviced at this dealership since 2018,Jeremy Shenk has been my service advisor since my first visit. He always explains exactly what’s needed and the car is always well taken care of. I lived in NYC until recently and I would drive here whenever the car needed service. That’s all you need to know.
2022 Kia Telluride review
If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

2022 Kia Telluride review
I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

CarShop Glen MillsReviews
CarShop Glen Mills review
I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

2023 Kia Telluride review
I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

DriveTime of New CastleReviews
2017 Kia Sorento review
I have owned a 2017 Kia Sorento EX 4-cylinder turbo with the Premium package for around seven years now, and have been impressed with the ride, the mileage (up to the high 20's on the highway-fully loaded!), and the durability of the interior. We have used it to snowbird to Fl every year. With the second seat down, the car has great storage capacity, and with the spare tire mounted underneath the car, and no third row seat, there is additional secure storage under the cargo mat. We bought the car used with around 24,000 miles with an extended warranty (up to 100,000 miles), and besides the routine brake and tire renewals, have had few issues, besides a transaxle that leaked and was replaced under the extended warranty. Kia has had issues with the 4-cylinder turbo engine (as had other car brands)! and, as a result, a few years ago extended the powertrain warranty for the engine from 100,000 to 150,000 miles. On the way back from FL. in May we noticed a loss in power, pulled off the highway near Columbia, SC and had the car towed to a Kia dealership on that Saturday evening. The short version here is that after renting a car and returning to NJ, we initiated discussions with the SC dealer to qualify our car for the 150k warranty, which after a week or two were successful. The engine was repaired and a new turbocharger, starter motor, and intake cylinder were also installed at no additional cost to us. We decided to have the car delivered back to NJ. The message here is that if you decide to purchase a used Kia with a 4-cylinder turbo engine, be sure to have the engine thoroughly evaluated, particularly if you are considering a vehicle with 100,000 miles or more. And, if you currently own one and the engine fails, be sure to maintain good service records, get your car diagnosed by Kia, and patiently prepare for a lengthy discussion with the upper Kia echelon to ensure that your repair is covered under warranty. Given the delay in the repair of our Sorento, we needed to purchase another Kia, here in NJ - a 2023 Telluride. We still own the 2017 Kia Sorento, and have it listed for 13,750 dollars on the Cars.com site. Given the engine improvements, it should provide many more miles to the new owner.

CarMax Danvers review
Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!
2023 Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid review
I purchased my KIA Niro PHEV in 3/'23. When people ask about how I like it, I tell them that I think KIA gathered designers, engineers and sales people together to create a vehicle just perfect for me. As most of my trips are under 40 miles(round trip), 90+% of my driving has been by battery power. I charge mostly at home and have seen no significant increases in my power bills. I add a couple gallons of gas every few months, averaging well over 225 mpg. There's plenty of room for 4 adults (5 would be cozy) and with the back seats folded it provides ample space for large items. I've driven it just about 25K miles and look forward to many more. It's fun to drive, pleasingly quick and adequately fast. I've had no service issues and hope that continues. Oh yes, It's Fire Orange so I can find it in parking lots and the color has drawn positive comments. As I'm approaching 90 and still shopping for a "sports car", this one will most likely turn out to be an appropriate compromise(and potentially extend my life!!). If you decide to purchase one, I hope you enjoy it as much as I have mine.

CarMax White Marsh review
Elias was wonderful to work with. Excellent customer service and very thorough. Highly recommend him!
2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.
