I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

We bough this car used in August from a Nissan dealer. There were some hidden problems that unfortunately the dealer did not disclose right away. Window regulator apparently are a problem with this car as well as engine burning oil prematurely. I performed a two-day cylinder soak and upgraded to a higher quality oil and the oil burning is no longer an issue. Apart from these problems, the car has been great for us. No other issues and the EX version is really loaded (it even has ventilated seats). Multimedia gets slow after being updated, be aware. But updates adds some features like, for example, lowering the fan speed when you get a call or ask to read a message. It is compatible with android auto and apple car play, not wireless but you can get one of those adapters.

Jeff Reed provided great service. He is attentive to what we want to know and goes the extra step to make sure he provides that. All the people we spoke to were professional and friendly.

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

Have 14k miles on 2022 hybrid. Gets 50 mpg combined city and highway. Plenty of pep handles and corners well. Fantastic technology love the android auto. Plann on keeping this one, it has all need. Eric from Lombard IL

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

We recently bought a new to us mini van for our small family. Overall, we had a good experience. Jeffrey Bess was our salesman. Jeff was a good, down to earth man to deal with. He was not overbearing on the sale of the vehicle like a lot of salesman are. He was friendly, and professional. Honestly he was like talking to a long time friend. Before bringing the vehicle home they did maintenance on it and replaced a few things that needed replaced, however they missed a couple small quirks I feel like they should?ve found, however we also test drove the vehicle and didn?t notice them either. Our overall experience is good, and It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

I was interested in test driving a Nissan Kicks . We were assisted by Mason who was very helpful and knowledgeable . He explained everything to us about the vehicle. A lot of the things were so new to me since I had been driving a 2009 vehicle. We enjoyed working with him and everything went smoothly with the purchase. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I bought this car used from friend they did have motor problem but they bought it new so kia replaced motor and my daughter drove it couple years then when she graduated I took Kia and bought her new car for her and grandkids and I have been happy with it. It's my everyday car because it gets great MPG. It's got 160k miles about 50K on new motor. So far no issues just keep her up to date on oil changes and stuff. It's 1st Kia I ever owned and I would definitely give them another go if time to buy another vehicle.

Bought my Forte GT Certified used, never knew until now Kia stepped up their game. I really like the car, with the exception I’ve had already quite a bit of warranty work performed, the original owner didn’t take care of. So far I’m getting any maintenance done that it’s lacked, cosmetically updating the badges, and adding performance improvements here and there. It does have get up and go, once past the little bit of turbo lag. I’m averaging around 22 mpg in the city and have gotten as much as 40mpg on the highway with the cruise control on. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with it and look forward to adding more performance improvements as I can to help it out.

This vehicle handles so great; very easy and comfortable! There is plenty of leg room and passenger room. The dash is easy to navigate and a really fun vehicle to drive. I LOVE it! And, so does my co-pilot, 26 year old son with Down Syndrome -- it met his approval too!

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!
