My experience at AutoNation of Wesley Chapel was amazing! April and Bauti were exemplary in serving my needs. However, although everything went very well with the car buying and service process, don't expect a lot for your trade-in. Overall a great experience.

Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

BMW of Wesley ChapelReviews
BMW of Wesley Chapel review
It is a genuine please for me to recommend BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel and especially Chad Stephens for his professional service that not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was always readily available via his cell phone or when busy texted to let me know he was working with a client and that he would get back to me as soon as he was available. He also went the extra mile when it came to paying attention to details. I feel that BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel has established a record of responsibility, reliability, promptness and integrity through Chad Stephens and you Alex Senko your financial professional At times, as in many cases, we ran into special circumstances where the outcome relied on the flexibility and promptness of the professionals at BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel. Fortunately, Chad Stephens put the extra effort and time to deliver a positive outcome. I am confident of the quality of profession and excellent customer service Chad and Alex provided as their number one priority. I am pleased to recommend Chad Stephens; he is the best. Ferman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram New Port Richey review
My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.

I contacted the dealer about a car I saw online. Received a response inviting me to take a test drive that weekend. I replied that I lived on the other side of the state and would not be able to come. The following Monday their General Mgr. emailed to see if he could help in any way. While I haven't purchased yet, I am impressed with them staying on top of my inquiry.

Bayshore Automotive review
Bayshore automotive is the real deal. They know how to customize jeeps and they stand behind their product. Super friendly support staff. April was very helpful welcoming me and my family and ultimately helping with the buying process. Kevin Champ walked me through the entire jeep before I drive it off the lot. Super guy and he knows everything there is to know about jeeps. I highly recommend Bayshore automotive if you are thinking about purchasing a custom lifted jeep.

Land Rover Tampa review
efficient and professional. I purchased a fabulous pre owned vehicle from an internet ad and was able to come down, trade my car in and leave with my purchase in just a few hours!
2022 Land Rover Defender review
Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

Jaguar Land Rover St. Petersburg review
I had a awesome experience. Kory is the best person to work with. We never feel pressure and he spends all the time we need to make our choice easier. Yes I recommend this dealership. It’s the first time I’m feeling welcome without pressure. Great job!
2025 Land Rover Defender review
Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

I worked with Jake Thompson and if there was any heavy lifting to do during the sales process, he did it. It was no doubt the easiest purchase of a car that I have ever made. Thanks Jake!

2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

2025 Land Rover Defender review
I purchase my 2025 Land Rover Defender 110 in December of 2025 and absolutely love the vehicle. It is a solid vehicle and has a high quality build. I have yet to find a flaw in the craftsmanship. I believe these are all built in a new highly automated factory and it definitely shows. I absolutely love the Air Purification feature which I believe included an Air Quality Sensor ($100 option) and Cabin Air Purification Plus ($375 option). Well worth this additional spend as we have experienced Canadian wildfire smoke in Illinois. These features clean the interior air. And this is in addition to the filter cartridge that the Defender has as do many newer vehicles. Took the Defender on a road trip to Atlanta Georgia and to the North Carolina coast in May. The Defender was absolutely wonderful to drive on this road trip which had many detours off of interstate roads. I have the inline-4 and had no issues merging into city traffic, ascending the Smokey Mountains or navigating through curves on secondary highways. Extremely competent and well-mannered. I traded my 2019 Mustang GT and even though the Defender is NOT a sports car it is an excellent SUV for handling, Not to be negative on other 'popular' American SUVs, but there is no comparison. The Defender is 'ALL THAT'. For those people that want a 'cushy, plush' ride, the Defender might not work for you, It is a more stiff ride, but I appreciate the excellent road feel. The only negative comment I will make on the Defender is the headlight high-beam indicator. Normal beams show a green outlined icon; high beam changes to blue. Being slightly green/blue color blind makes this dash display a bit of an issue. Otherwise, the Defenders controls and displays were easy to learn and use.
