Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner review
Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. Mo showed my wife and I approximately 3 vehicles total and we switched one after signing the paperwork the next day for a different color. Not even a compliant. I highly recommend this dealership. Look at their leasing option if you are like me and like to change vehicles every three years its the best bet. I always tell me wife that we are only renting the vehicle.

As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!

First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
