From the time I expressed interest in the car to the completion of the transaction, communication was excellent between me and the salesperson (Reny Dubon). Reny was very cooperative in answering questions about the car and was familiar with its history. I had to visit the dealership from out of town to test drive and inspect the vehicle. The car was ready when I arrived and the test drive was accomplished with no problem. The transaction went very smoothly, including arrangements for having the car transported across country- it was picked up the next day. All in all, great people to deal with.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
This team at Brickell, Cliff and associates were great during my purchase experience. Bought via internet and long distance. It was easy. The only recommendation is to have the dealer pay for the return overnight envelope. With as much money as I am paying it would have been nice to not have to pay out of pocket for that. Other than that it was a great experience.
